definitely drop by again if I am in the area. cheap and Delicious! hard to find place good goose meat since people usually overcook it, but this place meat was juicy and tender. I had the goose intestine, goose kidney and goose blood rice cake. They run out of goose liver and goose heart, we were there at 2pm not even dinner time, I will make sure to order next time. the noodle portion were on the large side, recommend if you only a family of 4 or less to share instead. BTW a lot of place with similar name, be sure to match the store front to pictures other took.

The goose is nicely seasoned and goes extremely well with the noodles or bee hoon (which looks unassuming).

No systematic way of getting a table. Just waiting around at the tables and for current diner to vacant.

每次來民雄玩必吃的鵝肉店，
這次在假日下午4點多抵達避開用餐時刻，
沒有排隊直接入座.

這次兩人來吃，
1/4盤鵝肉就超夠吃，
他們家的鵝肉切盤超嫩超香，
不只肉質軟嫩，鵝皮口感也超優.

湯冬粉跟米血也好吃，
但我那晚不知是不是沒抓好份量，整碗都是冬粉，冬粉邊吃邊吸收湯汁，吃到最後沒湯可以喝.

炒高麗菜也是鵝油下去炒，
整盤都有鵝肉香，
但是不是很酥脆.

整理來說很適合一群朋友跟朋友來嚐鮮.
他們家的鵝肉切盤真用的很推.

2024,03,01（星期五）早上11點50分，壽司沒吃到，改來吃鵝肉，旁邊有停車場，運氣好有位子。
之前都假日來生意超好的，今天平日一樣人潮滿滿。
鵝肉必點超好吃，燙青菜如果有綜合（韭菜、高麗菜、豆芽菜）的會更好，吃飽後見門口客人在排隊，可見一般。
下一站：民雄森林公園

平價又好吃的鵝肉，旁邊有專屬的停車場👍買了1/4的鵝肉，可以選擇部位喔！一份70元的下手湯，很大碗，可以兩個人一起喝！

每一道都份量十足！建議主食兩個大人點一份就可以，1/4份鵝肉一上桌也是非常驚人，我們五大一小就很足夠！

在麵和冬粉間猶豫許久，後來都點，大家一致認為麵比冬粉好吃！連挑食的兩歲半兒童都愛，甚至突然習得用筷子吃😂

鴨肉丸湯也是一整大碗，丸子很夠味好吃

建議要去拿辣醬，配桌上會附的醬超好吃👍🏻

至於米血偏硬、筍乾過鹹，這兩個可以略過

結論：適合大食量朋友，會想再訪吃麵😝

CP值很高的鵝肉店！好幸運👍年初三下午五點多還好點到最後的鵝肉，吃完店家提早打烊（招牌燈都關了）才換隔壁開始排大排長龍。1/4的份量讓人誤以為是半隻鵝！價位太過便宜讓我點太多！我們兩大一小點成這樣！最後鵝肉和米血都打包！真的很超值
