Suao Cold Spring Park

Totally enjoyed soaking in the cold springs pool(s) on this extremely hot day at Su-ao an old sea port. Well refreshing to say the least. You must prepare a bathing hat or no entry. There are showers available but only cold water...which suited me fine. Recommend a revisit anytime to cool off.

A nice place to visit during summer. The cold spring was really nice and it's very rare on the world. It's very special, everyone should at least th it once.

Very well planned campus with clean and fully equipped shower facilities. Friendly staff, you can borrow chairs for free or use the locker. The cold spring itself is speechlessly fantastic, and the depth is perfect for children. Definitely the must-go for family in Summer time.

It's a great place to go on a hot day. The water is refreshingly cold but not freezing. It also has minerals and other good stuff so you feel really good after soaking in the water.

Really nice cold spring, first time trying, used to be all hot springs. Private room for 2 only NTD200. Clean and decent size. Room large enough to change inside. In a hot day like 35C, it will take a few minutes to easy into the cold spring, afterwards it is very refreshing.

Great for a family on a hot summer day. Although most Taiwanese might not like the taste, the mineral water is drinkable (slightly sweet and naturally sparkling) and supposed to have health benefits.

An unique experience at this 22 degree celsius natural cold spa. Walked in and booked the private hub which costs TWD 100 per pax. It's only available in Taiwan and Italy. It's kind of freezing cold when first stepped in, but felt very comfortable especially during summer. Definitely worth to give it a try.

Well, technically they were rebuilding the official "park" in Suao on our visit, but we did find and go to two places with the cold spring (and Natual bubbles in the water) we're flowing. The first one, was great to wash our feet, relax and splash water on our faces- it had umbrellas connected overhead for shade/ then we proceeded around the corner and for 100NTD each, found an old Japanese style bath house - in the 94F heat and after motorcycling down to Suao- soaking in the chill water was Great! (Small private rooms).

Enjoy the world famous cold spring bath here. Can choose for a private room or use the public bath. Private room have a tub with hot spring (or just ordinary hot water, I am not sure about that). Very recommended place to come.

I come here many times. If you want to go somewhere on your summer holiday, come here to enjoy the cold spring. The feeling is very special. It's not only can help blood circulation but also make you feel comfortable! I really recommend this place for everyone. Come and have a spacial experience.

I was brought there by some Taiwanese friends; so I can imagine that contributed to the experience. Honestly, I could have managed on my own.

The place is really cute, staff were pleasant and the experience was amazing. 40 minutes with a 10 minute knock on the door as a warning.

It's a cold spring! That's not the best part~ it is bubbly! Basically it's like a pool full of cool soda water, best I can describe it! strongly recommended in the summer time!
