Resort provides free outdoor valet parking two minutes walk away from main reception entrance. Suggest you offload the luggages and check in and take advantage of the valet instead of hauling your belongings back and forth.

The hot tubs were clean, branded basic bathing necessities.

Has free arts and craft DIY sessions and free bicycle rentals. Umbrellas at the main entrance is also a thoughtful touch.

Amazing hotel. The service is very best in the world. Every need was anticipated by the hotel staff. One staff overheard me mention to my wife Happy Birthday. After 15 minutes two glasses of wine arrived to celebrate. There were a number of hot springs and cold springs some inside and others inside. Lots of choices for soaking. The hotel at night was magical. They also rent out bikes and provide valet complimentary. The hotel is located 30 minutes by bike from the port and the seafood restaurants at the docks. Great place to go for lunch or dinner. The fish market is a few minutes farther and worth the visit.

A pearl in Suao Town, close to the busiest street but quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle. Due to the COVID epidemic, breakfast has been changed to a set menu. The seafood porridge is more delicious, and the American-style burger is even more delicious. Suao Cold Spring is within walking distance, and there are supermarket chains around, which is very convenient.
The water facilities in the hotel have a European-style design. The garden is unique, and sabino trees are standing in one corner; the inner and outer swimming pools are immaculate, but there is no noticeable smell of disinfectant; the spa pool also has the famous Suao hot and cold hot springs. . It is recommended to be a good place for relaxation and contemplation on vacation.
Oh! I almost forgot to mention that this hotel has the most innovative self-service laundry facilities I've ever encountered, and it's completely free.

The privacy rule makes this place so special, only customer can enter the area and even the restaurant and bar.
