Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu Lakeside Pavilion

A very lovely resort hotel, clean and spacious rooms. The kids zone is just fabulous with lots of free activities. We had a great time making bath bombs.

Very nice and clean hotel, all staffs from front desk, restaurants, to facilities are well trained. There is a whole basement of kids playground, swimming pool, and gym, can literally let kids play there all afternoon. There is also a big park with playground opposite the hotel with some tracks near by for a walk. Really enjoyed the stay, would visit again.

Very kid friendly. Also have free interesting activities for kids. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Really nice hotel with excellent restaurants and fun/safe playground for kids. The warm water swimming pool was fantastic as well. Special thanks to Iris Chiu from reservation team as she took prompt action in helping us after we returned home and found some issues with the receipts. The service is good and staff is friendly.
If you come with kids, they can not only provide sterilizer, crib, bed gate, baby bathtub, baby lotion and baby body wash and so in the room but also a large space for kids running, jumping and having fun!

The convenient store and Carrefour market are in the walking distance and also some restaurants (Italian and local styles) are nearby if you need food or beverages.

Overall, we were happy to stay here again, it was our second time to stay here, and would like to recommend to friends and maybe come again and again 😁

Loved the hotel. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pool more than we expected. Everything was slightly smaller than I thought from the pictures, but it was more than enough to keep our little one happy. The lady who took care of the other play area with the ball pit was nice and the guys in the pool weren't bad, but they made the 5 minute announcement in Chinese and came over in English to tell us to leave. I mentioned that I understand the Chinese announcement and he made an excuse about it being only 3 minutes left. Everyone spoke a surprising amount of English and our room was very nice.

We had a really great time at this place. If you have kids bring them and their friends. Our kids could play forever in the play area. Most hotels play rooms seem like an afterthought. Not Lakeshore! The swimming pool was great for a relaxing session too.

Food in the buffet was up to par even though there weren't a ton of choices.

Our room was actually quite far. We had to walk a bit to get to the facilities but it was a nice room. It was big and spacious with a big window and view of the trees.

Would highly recommend this place to those with small kids. I will definitely be back.

Nice hotel with fantastic kids facilities

First time trying out family friendly hotels. This place was a hit. Great for families with kids under 8 years of age. Has indoor swimming pool, ball pit, race track, four different restaurants!!

2018: Awesome place for kids

2019: Came again for second year. This place has it all. The biggest play area for kids that I have seen plus a large swimming pool, a kiddy hot spa with water play structure and a large hot spa pool for adults. Plus the service is very friendly and accommodating.

Awesome hotel and staff. The check in lady was really nice. A great place for younger kids to have fun. They have indoor pool and play area so you don’t have to worry about the weather.

Great place for families with younger kids, lots of play areas, large swimming pool with large sauna pool area for parents in the back. Good breakfast buffet with kids show in the morning. Would stay here again.

Nice resort with view of a lake. Courteous staff and the amenities were great overall. Breakfast buffet had a lot of different options to offer.

Everyone in our family enjoyed a lot! Spacious room with spectacular view, fun pool and facilities for my kids, highly recommended to family with young kids!

The best hotel in Hsinchu. There is so much greenery around. The facilities are very good and the staff is very friendly. They provide shuttle service to main points of the city as well.

The hotel staff was very professional and dedicated, offering help at all times. The room I lived in was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.
