Я остался доволен работой Фатиха. К нотариусу мы доехали и быстро оформили все необходимые бумажки. По проблемам, которые возникали во время эксплуотации - Фатих пытался помочь (соседи с шумным кондиционером, не рабочай нагреватель итд).
И в отличии от негативных отзывов - мне вернули депозит полностью.

Нужно понимать особенность аренды в турции - тут принято снимать полность пустые квартиры, не то что без кондиционеров и мебели, а даже без люстр с лампами! Если вы снимаете квартиру с техникой и мебелью - нужно ожидать что она будет не самого лучшего качества и почтенного возраста. Холодильник у меня шумел, кондиционеры оба шумели, нагреватель воды в ванной отжил свое и так далее. Более правильно снять пустую квартиру и купить все свое нормальное. Такого как у нас - что ты можешь купить новый холодильник в счет аренды - тут нет.

Отдельно хочу заметить что квартиру на нулевом этаже (гириш) лучше не снимать, если есть другие варианты! Даже учитывая, что меня ни разу не затапливало дождем - в ней всегда было сыро, стены были мокрые и чем-то воняло (то-ли котами то-ли тухлятиной то-ли сыростью, либо всем по очереди). Неприятный запах я долго пытался победить - у меня не получилось. Но учитывая сумасшедщий рост цен - моя цена оказалась крайне хорошей (5000 лир) - так что я просто открыл окна на постоянной основе и все! Неприятные запахи перестали меня беспокоить - проблема решена :)

Whenever there were problems during the rental period, Fatih tried to help (noisy neighbors with an air conditioner, non-working heater, etc.). And unlike the negative reviews, I got my deposit back in full.

It is important to understand the peculiarities of renting in Turkey - it is customary to rent completely empty apartments, not just without air conditioning and furniture, but even without light fixtures and lamps! If you rent an apartment with appliances and furniture, expect that they will not be of the best quality and quite old. My refrigerator was noisy, both air conditioners were noisy, the water heater in the bathroom was outdated, and so on. It is better to rent an empty apartment and buy your own quality items. There is no such thing as being able to buy a new refrigerator using the rental deposit here.

I also want to note that it is better not to rent an apartment on the ground floor (giriş), if there are other options! Even though I was never flooded by rain, it was always humid inside, the walls were wet, and there was an unpleasant smell (either from cats, decay, humidity, or all of the above). I tried to get rid of the unpleasant smell for a long time, but I couldn't. However, considering the crazy rise in prices, my rent was extremely good, so I just opened the windows regularly and problem solved :)

Кинули друзей. Снимали квартиру в Анталии через Фатиха, в результате закончилось угрозами, депозит не вернули, обман и развод. Вытрепали все нервы, никому не рекомендую. Была косвенным, но участником событий (с друзьями на связи) и это было максимально нервно, крики, кошмар.
