Every one who works here were very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, good wifi connection, good breakfast

We couldn’t find any available hotel and ended up at El Garden luckily. It is a clean, beautiful hotel in the middle of a beautiful forest. The service is the best part, specially Bakhir at the restaurant. He’s a great Kurdish man! Very helpful.
Also, the massage at the spa is great 👍🏻

Great for families & couples. Many hotels in the area host middle eastern families, most of the hotels ask for marriage certificate which is very absurd but this hotel doesn't have this type of discriminatory procedure.
The staff was extraordinarily helpful and polite compared to a 3-star hotel. Foods were extremely delicious and there were many different variants both in the dinner and breakfast buffets! Right on the way to the ski resorts, plateaus, camping sites, viewpoints, cafes and restaurants, and also close to the creeks and lakeside picnic areas. Hotel's manager was a young fella, who had a deep knowledge about the town. He advised me a very nice mountain & city view restaurant in the evening to go for a drink!

Cons
- Thin walls (can easily hear a neighbor when they speak loudly)
- I called the reception to complain about a noisy neighbor but no actions were taken (I suppose they never called the room since I could hear their talk but their phone never rang)
- Quite expensive SPA services compared to Istanbul 3-4 star hotel SPAs (A 60-minute massage costs 200 TL)
- No free hammam usage, no indoor swimming pool (since the hotel deserves to be a 4 star but I assume due to no indoor swimming pool, they got 3 stars only)

I stayed 2 times in this hotel. The corner room was amazing.

4 aile olarak çocuklarımzla geldik, çok beğendik,gerekirse misafirperverlikleri, güler yüzleri, verdikleri iyi hizmetleri, çalışanlarım sıcaklığı, şubat ayında güzel bir kar tatili geçirdik. Bilal bey parada çok yardımcı oldu. İstanbul’a yakın, temiz otel, Kartepe tesislerine de çok yakın … tavsiye ediyorum

İş seyahati için kaldım, inanılmaz konforlu,sessiz,doğa manzarası mevcut. Özellikle akşam yemeğini beğendim ızgara çeşitleri sac kavuşmasını tavsiye ederim. Odalar geniş ve konforlu, personelleri güler yüzlü yardımseverdi.Mutlaka gelmenizi tavsiye ederim,bir sonraki iş seyahatinde ilk tercihim olacak.

Tatil için geldiğimiz elgardenhotel çok memnun kaldık çalışanlar gayet kibar ilgili akşam yemek gayet lezzetli akşamları canlı müzik olması bizi mutlu etti odalar dağ manzaralı temiz sabah kahvaltı açık büfe bizi mutlu etti teşekkürler elgardenhotel .

Çok memnun kaldık. Herkez güler yüzlü, etraf temiz. Restoran güzel. Masaj sauna süper. Herşey güzel bir kayak tatili oldu. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum
