Elite World Grand Sapanca

We had an enjoyable and memorable stay at the Elite World Grand Sapanca. The room view was stunningly beautiful on the lake and forest. The rooms were neat, clean , spacious and the beds are comfy. The service was amazing and they help with a smiles on their faces. I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Yaren and Hasan at the front desk who helped us a great deal to get our rooms connected and ensured our stay was pleasurable .
I would come back again and stay at the hotel , if i have been to Sapanca.

We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Ece at the reception helped us check in, and she was very kind and patient and very helpful. She explained to us the different facilities available at the hotel and the timing of the different meals. The hotel was very calm and relaxing and there are many spaces to sit and relax. The staff at the reception can speak English, and the staff at the restaurant mostly speak Turkish but also some English and Arabic so we did not have many issues communicating.

We had a wonderful stay in Elite World, the reception staff are very friendly and explained everything to us clearly on arrival, and helped us get an adaptor since the electricity outlets here are different. We would like to thank Yaren, and the rest of the staff at the hotel for their wonderful hospitality. The rooms are very spacious, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and was mostly Turkish cuisine, so we tried many different foods while we were here. Thank you elite world for the wonderful hospitality.

Excellent service,Nabila from guest relations was very friendly helped in going around. In reception Yaren, made our check in easy and helped a lot. Food was excellent, even the tea time is like having lunch.

The staff were very helpful specially our help desk receptionist Yaren she was very kind and easy going.

I would recommend the hotel and to add more I have tried their SPA services such as massage and body scrub and they were great.

The hotel is beautiful ,The room is cozy and spacious, I liked the interior and the forest view , after I checked out I had a small issue and contacted the hotel , Ms Fatima immediately responded to me and solved the issue. Thanks alot for your Pro service .
