Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel

I loved this hotel the I love this location because they have such beautiful views the service is great everyone who works here is so kind and always says hello. The rooms are so nicely made and just the right size you need, there is stuff in the fridge like coffee or snacks. They have all the stuff you could possibly imagine likes there’s a pool, shops restaurants and more that why I give this hotel five stars!!

Superb experience, lovely staff, great room! End-to-end, I had an excellent 3-night stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the water. The food was great (though I only had breakfast there). Excellent fitness and sauna/steam/hamam facilities, too. Note it’s a 20-minute rail metro trip from the old town, but I considered it part of the experience.

Check-in: even the guest services agent was new, he covered many point when checked me in. Definitely more training is needed.

Room: I was upgraded and it was a kind gesture from the hotel. The room was not up my expectations and the manager on duty helped me to get another room. It had an amazing view. I love the place.

FB: very prompt service. Great breakfast options. Dinner was good too.

First time in Turkiye, my friends and I stayed at this hotel. The view is one of the most beautiful views I've seen in my life. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained.

Service-wise, the majority of the staff are amazing and willing to help, but a few clearly didn't care and made for some minor inconvenience.

The outdoor pool is gorgeous and is the perfect place to enjoy their extensive breakfast buffet. I tried so many new dishes at their buffet.

The hotel lounge also has the amazing view, the food is different every night and for the most part, it is actually very good.

Best place if you are looking for a quiet place and want to avoid crowds!

Rooms are specious, modern and clean. Service personel at the reception as well as restaurant area are very professional and friendly, bravo 👏

My only complaint is about the windows, which can not be opened ( even a quarter due to the safety) for fresh air…

This was my second time staying at the Renaissance Polat hotel. I only booked it this time because of the location. I could not believe the treatment I received. While checking in I was told that my room had been upgraded to sea view. And they had a delicious tart pastry waiting in my room. A few times the hotel manager sent nice gifts to my room during my stay. It wasn’t my birthday, nor was I celebrating any holidays. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly and we exchanged laughter. One lady in particular noticed I left my room about 6:30 am. I went to swim, workout, then sauna. She was there almost every morning near my room ready to clean. There was a friendly lady I met in the lobby next to bakery there. She also helped me in the bakery one day. The night shift luggage carrier was very kind and friendly. The waiters, waitresses, and chefs in the breakfast lounge were very patient and kind. The gentleman doing the laundry service pick up was kind. On my first night stay, I ate at the Balik (fish) restaurant. The waiters and I exchanged lots of laughter. The level of care and service received by the team of people in the spa and hair service made me speechless. I will never forget this. There is nothing like Turkish hospitality. InshaAllah I will be back very soon.

The hotel is accessible via car and public transport, 35mins drive from the airport. Located nearby industrial area.
Can drive to nearby malls.
Service was prompt and detailed oriented. The executive lounge was on lower deck at the same level of sea. Had an open area to sit and gaze through the sea.

Excellent rooms and facilities.
Great staff: helpful and always with a smile.
About 45 minutes to the city.
The Marmara Sea coastline is a 10-minute walk away, and an excellent place to take a walk.

During my stay, Yunus the hotel manager, and Emin, the dedicated server, together crafted an exceptional guest experience. Yunus’s hands-on approach ensured seamless operations, from a quick check-in to a delightful breakfast. Emin's attentive service during meals added to the inviting atmosphere.

The dynamic duo of Yunus and Emin created a warm and caring atmosphere, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding hospitality.

We stayed in Ocean Suite with wonderful Marmara Sea view. The room is very nice designed and spacious. The hotel is located 40 mins by car from the Istanbul new airport

A magnificent hotel. The outside pool is fantastic. The amenities are wonderful. They also have an inside pool, sauna, steam room, squash courts, gym etc... The rooms are beautiful. Clean and spacious. We had a Seaview room, which was unbelievable. The staff are warm and friendly and are willing to help with all your needs to make your stay a very memorable experience. A hotel which has an awesome sea view!! Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is decent.

The hotel is luxurious and push, the room is big with a lot of amenities to make your stay easier. The view of Mamara sea is great. The breakfast is very good. You can park your car on the parking lot of the hotel or you could use the public transportations. The closest train station is about 800 meter far from the hotel, so it's easy to walk to it. I realy recommend this hotel for a five star hotel stay in Istanbul.
