Burj Al Babas

I don't know, why this abandoned place got so many bad reviews, as we liked it so far. It looks a bit surreal and utopic like "New World Order", but it's pretty much interesting.
For a small fee you can get inside, but also from the outside it somehow looks stunning and is a truly abandoned place.

I do not care, about what happened in the past. So what happened, just happened, nevertheless this place is worth a visit.

Beautiful place, very nice to visit. The ideal place to spend a lovely day with the family. The front is sometimes closed, but you can easily enter from the back after a little walk.

If I win the Mega Millions, I'll buy this.

Very cool, I like the fact that they are all the same. Very nice. The spacious yards make me incredibly impressed. Very nice.

Hopefully they will finish this because it looks so beautiful in the renderings of the finished villa.

Można wejść za opłatą na 15/10 min. Drony zabronione. Mniej wiecej na środku jest budka ochroniarza. Caly teren jest ogrodzony. Nie sprawdzalam zabezpieczen, ogladalismy jako ciekawostke.

Ktoś sprzedał dużej ilości osób marzenia pośrodku niczego. Raczej takie już pozostanie bo inwestycja jest mega zadłużona.

Zafascynowało mnie to miejsce i koniecznie chciałam zobaczyć. Droga jest trudna, ale warto. Osiedle jest na kompletnym odludziu, praktycznie nic tam nie ma, niewiem jak ludzie chcieli w ogóle tam zamieszkać. Natomiast widoki są fantastyczne i chyba to ich przekonało. Tak jak ludzie pisali nie da się wejść na teren osiedla, ale i tak było warto.

Ein großer Spielplatz oder eher Lost Place. Die knapp 400 Minischlösser sind fast nur noch Schrottreif, durch die Witterung. Die Bausubstanz hat stark gelitten. Hier wird es wohl nie eine Eröffnung geben.

Einige Gebäude sind zu 70prozent fertig gewesen, Wasser, Elektrik. Es fehlte nur Fussbodenheizung und Estrich. Kanalisation vorhanden und Fernwärme und Wasserleitungen. Haben jedoch das Gebäude für die Erzeugung nicht gefunden.

Eigentlich ist der Eintritt untersagt, aber entweder war der Wachmann käuflich oder man kann offiziell für 250tl pro Person für 30min auf das Gelände.

Endroit atypique, composé de 400 mini châteaux venu tout droit d’un décor Disneyland. Un projet démesuré qui a totalement dénaturé le lieu.
Les avis sont très partagés pour cette raison, mais cela vaut le détour.
L’accès est interdit, et gardé.
Le site est sous caméras de surveillance.

Mudurnu'ya 3 km uzaklıkta çok ilginç bir yer.

Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire mais l'endroit est vraiment impressionnant.

Sağlamlıkları kontrol edilerek ve tadilatları yapılarak depremzedeler yerleştirilebilir. Hoş ne kadar sağlamlar orası da tartışılır. İnsanlara 2. Bir travma yaşatmaya gerek yok
