Lionel Hotel Istanbul

Was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend staying here. After my surgery at bashari hospital i was sent to this hotel for my stay. I enjoyed the recovery process in this hotel as everyone helped me. As well as the maid helping me a lot and disinfectant the room, washing my sheets and always attended to my requests. Receptionist also very kind and helpful. The restaraunt downstairs was lovely. The waitresses were very friendly, positive and helpful. I want to thank everyone there and highly recommend this hotel 10/10 best hospital. I came from australia and cant wait to see you again once i come back. Feel like its my second home! Really appreciate all the support, and see you again.

The hotel is very well designed, the rooms are big and spacious. I booked a corner suite on the top floor and the view was spectacular. The customer service was outstanding, the staff went above and beyond. I wanted to particularly call out Kadriye who worked on the front desk. She organised a wonderful tour for me and when I left my headphones behind she helped me find them and organise sending them back to me in London. Thanks so much!

I am doing this review about Lionel Hotel and their staff. What a pleasure it is to be able to come to this Hotel and be well received by all of the employees with such respect and love.
It has been my 3 rd trip to Istanbul The staff Sevim Sucu is such a wonderful person. She has been on point with taking care of my room, and all I needed. Surely I will recommend this Hotel especially Sevim to anyone who would like to visit Istanbul hotel Lionel May the Lord continues to bless them all.

Stayed for a operation recovery and loved the place. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Staff are welcoming, and the cleaning staff are lovely. The food was relatively inexpensive and good. Would use again

I was 4 nights at this hotel and I had a great experience, the room was a good size and clean, food was great and employees were polite. And also it’s close to public transportation and local restaurants.
I will definitely go back to Lionel hotel.

We stayed 5 nights, good size rooms, welcome reception, very good rain shower, fridge in room, good air con.
Cafe, restaurant, swimming pool, room service menu, we were happy with our stay.
A uber to the grand bazaar was about £7 so not to far from the hustle & bustle.

Sevim is an amazing helper! She was so nice, made sure we are well rested and happy! I am really glad to be in this hotel, and to have her help me in my room! Much love and respect! 10/10

The cleanliness standard of the hotel are brilliant. A member of the housekeeping team, Sevim Sucu, was outstanding at her role and ensured the hotel room was always to our liking. Great location, room was well air conditioned.

Brilliant hotel.
The facilities and cleanliness is exceptional.
The staff are attentive and knowledgeable.
Our connecting rooms were a treat.
Location isn't the best but the team station is a short walk away and taxis are plentiful.
Room was cleaned very well by Sevim Sucu the cleaner, on time and attentively.
Excellent pool, sauna and gym facilities as well.
Breakfast was very good at the restaurant and nearby local eateries and amenities were a short walk away also.
Will visit again

Everything was perfect. the staff are friendly and helpful. The features are good. The wifi speed is great.

Very clean and staff are very helpful with All your needs. Our cleaner Fikri was brilliant and very helpful even understanding my English!
