Great hotel, great customer service, the whole team go out of there way to make everyone feel welcome..

Breakfast is great, with everything you could want, fresh egg cooking station every morning..

Rooms are a good size and always cleaned to high standard..

Great executive lounge, worth paying a bit extra for an executive room..

Great views out to the sea..

Can highly recommend the hotel..

There is a park with kids play stuff over the road, to help tire the kids out, it's a walk to get to the bridge to cross the road, but not to far..
Only slight downside is the location, however it works well for us and we've tried most Hilton hotels in Istanbul and we come back here every time..

The view from the hotel was amazing. The room was great, especially view from room. Also, the waiters in the executive room were very friendly and cheerful. especially Can was very helpful. He was very polite and provided good service. Thank you Mr Can for making things easy for us during our stay.

Neslihan is incredibly friendly and maintains the room spotless! She takes care of all our needs with a consistently positive attitude.

The entire Hilton staff is outstandingly accommodating, providing exceptional service. 5/5 service!!

I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The view from my room was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Neslihan for an excellent room service. The spa was a highlight, with Fidiya providing an excellent experience on my first day. However, I was disappointed with the spa staff on the second day. Despite this, overall, it was a good stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant that serves delicious food. The breakfast selection is a wide range to pick from and the fresh squeezed orange juice is remarkable. The sitting area near the lobby is cozy and provides a very nice space for relaxing. It’s very clean and my house keeper Nilgan did an excellent job keeping my room pristine.

I can recommend this hotel with full marks because they went over and abroad with all my requests. I had a serious problem which the Hotel effectively and efficiently solved for me. I loved the comfort of their beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was great. I hope to come and stay here again soon!!

We had Cem Kutlu as duty manager. He was outstanding .we just had to ask him for something and he was on top of it. He went beyond our expectations to help us for everything. Thank you.

The room and the view are really good. The staff are really kind. All of them. There was a lady at the gym, she didn’t speak English but she was really kind showing me the gym and giving me a towel for it. Veisel from the restaurant (sorry if didn’t write correct the name) was really attentive and always had a look if everything was ok. The girls at breakfast were the same. I think, all the staff were and are super. Really like that the location of the hotel as well.

my experience at the Hilton Istanbul Bakirkoy was fantastic! not only was the sea view beautiful and mesmerizing, the people were so friendly. Ayşe Varol was so helpful and was the sweetest! She was at my door every day to make sure my room was spotless and did an amazing job. She was truly so kind and very quick at her job.
The food at the Hilton was also amazing. The lavish buffet had many options to choose from. The room service is amazing, they did not take long at all and the food was hot and delicious! Everyone I talked to here was so nice, truly a welcoming and safe environment.

Clean hotel with big rooms for a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Grab a drink at the Bar, the barkeeper Veysel will serve you with cocktails and bake your wishes come true.

We are going to visit Hilton Istanbul Bakirkoy with our golden retriever and made a reservation for three days.
We contacted the reservetation desk to be informed about the procedures of arriving with a pet and Mr Cem Koka was very helpful with all our concerns.

Levent is a very friendly and welcoming manager. He handled any issues we had by explaining all the amenities and charges. Furkan was also kind enough to let us stay in the same room after extending our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This business hotel located in Bakirkoy. A bit remote though. But modern and with an executive lounge. Onur was very nice and attentive.

The room and the view are really good. The staff are kind. All of them. Especially (AYSE VARGl) the one responsible for cleaning level 7, she is not speak English but she was really kind helping us. I think, all the staff were nice
