Excellent review for the hotel and employee Ismail. Ismail possesses a unique spirit of hospitality and outstanding social skills. He was cooperative, understanding, and ready to meet all my needs. He embodies professionalism and high-level customer service. The hotel as a whole deserves appreciation and an excellent rating. My experience was enjoyable and satisfying in every aspect. I highly recommend this hotel and Ismail as a captivating asset.

I came in Feb 9 for a hair transplant. From start to finish. Staff was amazing. Manager Ibrahim and all other staff went above and beyond for us. Rooms are very comfy. View is amazing. Walking distance to bars and other hotels.
Hotel bar was where I hung out with hotel staff. What an amazing experience. I promise I'll be back

The room was clean.
The hotel appearance was nice and modern.
The hotel bar was well equipped.

Overall a nice stay for a business trip.

Negative points...
- Fitness was not open at 7am...
- some lights in my room 1218 were defective.

We visited Novotel Zeytinburnu for a meeting and we were highly impressed with the location, cleanliness & the friendly staff. We would especially like to thank Mr Eray at the restaurant, who made us very welcome. All in all a wonderful experience!

Close to the centre and excellent seaview in most of the rooms. It is in the European part of Istanbul and walking distance to the rail/Metro system link you to directly to the centre in 20 mins top. Excellent breakfast, it is busy throughout of the year, so book in advanced. It has been my favorite hotel considering my activities.

Beautiful hotel and worth the money. Free parking, nice view to the Sea of Marmara. Good place if you trvel by car. Very tasty food. Hotell stuff are nice and always trying to assist in any possible questions.
Highly recommend and will come back here again.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Excellent price - quality ratio! The staff from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping was always smiling and eager to assist. They were very polite, professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered guests a more than adequate variety and everything was delicious. The rooms were very clean and had a great view. The hotel location is excellent: quite with very easy access to any location!

I will definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul. In fact, a group of colleagues and I are considering a quick team building trip and this destination and hotel will be my suggestion!

Great location, nice and clean rooms but the bathroom equipment might be a bit refreshed as for Novotel. Anyway all works and looks fine. Sometimes you need to wait a bit more for the serving in the restaurant but when the manager comes the service becomes faster. ;) A great price/quality ratio. Definitely I will mind this place to stay in future.

Ilgın the front office assistant, She is very helpful and pleasant always in our three days stay. We love to recommend this hotel and stay.

From the beginning staff was very helpful. Especially in the reception Mr. Samet was superb professional on his job. He made our short stay very awesome. Thanks to him and other staff.

Stayed here for 5 days on a work visit. The staff is the best! Super friendly and very accommodating. The manager and team ensured all my requests were catered whether it was room change, high floor, late check out, transport arrangements etc. Very friendly staff at the bar/restaurant too, especially Eray ensures everyone is having a great time at their stay!

It is a very beautiful place in terms of location, view and silence. We came for dinner by the pool.
There is not a lot of variety of food and drinks, but what there is is prepared very cleanly and meticulously. thank you Restaurant Chef Murat, team member Eray
