The staffs are friendly and attentive. the house keeping is diligent. Very nice location, near to everything. The breakfast is simple but yet enough. The only a bit negative is hard bed..

If we go back to istanbul, we will book this place again

Near to Aksaray tram stop. Nice clean room. Heating/AC is centralised so have to remind reception on the setting you prefer. Decent breakfast.

The only issue was it's not really near the metro so trying to take train to airport is really difficult.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable with crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff ( Shahen ,Okan, Khurshid,Hashim, Golbahar , Shebnem, and Osman ……..) were very friendly and attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable
In general the place were very cozy and feels like home
The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre
It is very close to many shopping malls & stores. You can find different restaurants & food courts around. The historical & touristic places are very close and easily reachable. Different types of transportation are accessible in its area
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul

The hotel itself is so cosy, the service is excellent and breakfast is delicious and lots of varieties every morning.
The rooms are clean however a little bit smaller than we expected but functional.
The area is so loud at night till 1 am. But it is very close to Aksaray tramway and not far from 2 metro stations, green and red lines.

My stay experience at this hotel has been wonderful. Even being arrived early morning to the hotel without any special request they have provided me my room whereas normally you have to wait until your check-in time.
The staff has been very friendly, supportive and ready to help you in any circumstances.
The rooms are quite clean be it washroom, bed and other stuff.
Breakfast with a lot of varieties has been organized at the top floor from there you can have 360 view of Istanbul.
The hotel is at very nice location:
Metro, tram, bus is just 10 minutes distance & bus stand which takes you to airport is also 10-15 minutes walking distance, And bus takes nearly 40-50 minutes to drop you at Airport. Also price of the hotel is way much worth.
I would surely recommend this hotel for your upcoming stays.

probably the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. The windows are very well insulated. The hotel is extremely well located. breakfast offered. As for the staff to put it simply, I have never been so well received in my whole life, a big thank you for your availability and your work.

Wonderful experience spending almost a week at this hidden gem. Khurshid, Ahmet and Teymur have made my stay extraordinary with immense attention to detail, care above and beyond and endless patience. Highly recommend and encourage anyone to enjoy this excellent location.
