This is ideal for large groups, long tables, fairy lights inside make nice photos. The Bosnian food was tasty, and the service is very good. We were served a three course meal, plus little starter dishes and salad were on the table. We got a type of dark berry juice, and black tea was served at the end. It seems the place is pet friendly as there was a cute welk-dressed little dog also present. Party atmosphere, so well recommended for families and large groups.

Quite a nice Boshnaq restaurant with an open buffet breakfast.
The buffet is quite nice and diverse.
They have a good selection of famous Boshnaq Borek, they are delicious.
The decorations are really astonishing.. it gives you a feeling of Boshnaq home in the heart of Istanbul.

We went as three people. We ate börek mantı and kaymaklı köfte and two different special drinks. Kaymaklı köfte was good but not perfect for me. In the other hand, for my two friends kaymaklı köfte was legendary. For börek mantı, we reached a consensus that it was magnifecent. For drinks, ayran and special drink were very good. To sum up, foods are good and foods deserve their prices. Also a note that atmosphere and service were great for a place.

Although you are in Turkey and you want to try turkish food, a stop-over in Avliya restaurant is a must! Delicious bosnian food, a friendly team of waitors which deliver tremendous food in a short time. You won't be disappointed. We highlighted it in many ways!

Only one word: PERFECT!!, the food is perfect, the personal is perfect, and that feeling to be like home, is perfect!

Amazing restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. I love how you get mesmerized with the interior of the restaurant you feel like you are sitting in Ottoman Bosnia. The food is lovely especially breakfast and dinner finishing it off with a dessert and fresh blackberry juice. The waiters and owners are also very kind and made me feel like i am at home. Will be coming back soon and i can recommend it if you are looking for a hotspot
