I enjoyed my time at the Grand Hotel Seferoglu as it was peaceful and quite. The staff is very nice, helpful, friendly and always there to support at any time of the day and night.
Every member of the team made sure that I have everything I needed, order taxi, order food, etc.
I stayed 5 nights and it felt like home, tasty breakfast and amazing Turkish coffee, but one of the most important things is that I felt safe, had good internet connection as I had to work over my staying.

Fair value for money, actually above and beyond as everyone was so helpful! I am lucky and grateful I had the chance to spend time at this hotel and meet this team.

Pros: The hotel is good and clean. The room looks better than on photos. Everything works properly. The room cleaning is every day. The district is safe and with lots of shops and cafes, where the prices are for locals. It's about 10 minutes walk from the hotel to one of 2 closest Metro stations. I stayed in December and it was not cold inside. The hotel has its free parking lot, I have chosen this hotel because of it, it has enough space and one can feel confident that his car will not be damaged as with street parking in the center. They serve good breakfast with soup.
Cons: the smoking is allowed inside, I am a non-smoker and could feel the smell. The sound insulation is bad, my neighbours were just talking late one night (not partying, not crying loud) and you can hear just everything, it interferes the sleep. When the window is open, the noise from the street is annoying, I closed the window as it was December, but in summer it could be a problem.
Conclusion: I would recommend the hotel, I really liked it.

Otel çok sakın ve sıcak bir ortamlıydı. Sabah kahvaltısı lezzetli ve taze. Hiç tereddüt etmeden kalmanızı tavsiye ediyorum. Yine geliriz. Teşekkür ederiz Grand hotel Seferoğlu ailesine.

Номера поостые, ,,невычурные,, но всё есть- чисто, вкусно, уборка каждый день. Отель - с душой и сердцем у встречающей стороны. Таких мало осталось. И ведь и не - дорого, а прилично . Куча кафе, Мигрос недалеко и это - не трущобы. Рядом полицейская территория, все всегда тихо. Очень советую. Не пожалеете. Единственное - нет сейфа, а сантехника -- все чики - чики- и рравда хорошее все. На двери - 3 звезды, а смело - 4. Мое мнение

Были в этом отеле 2 недели с подругой. Очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, дружелюбные и гостеприимные. Комнаты не большие, но уютные, всегда есть горячая вода, нет никаких посторонних запахов, очень чисто, порядок наводят каждый день, а постельное бельё видимо отпаривают, так как постель всегда идеально ровная, но и меняют бельё часто. Выражаю благодарность всему персоналу отеля, а особенно ресепшн, очень милая и приветливая девушка.

Заселили сразу по приезду на 2 часа раньше. Помогли занести чемоданы. В номере за 1200 лир за двоих было 2 комнаты (спальня + гостиная). Очень чисто и уютно, понравилось. Бесплатно вечером угостили чаем (но вообще это вроде платное). Скромный, но сытный завтрак. Помогли распечатать билеты. Очень вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. Рядом есть магазин BIM, вкуснейшие кафешки. В 20 минутах пешком крупная междугородняя автобусная станция (за 400 лир и 12 часов можно доехать до Антальи). При выезде вызвали нам такси, на котором за 300 лир по счетчику доехали до Истамбул Аэропорт.
