I was there on May 2016 for 5 nights. We got excelent walk inn rate with upgrade to higher floor. Large rooms with great view . Service was excelent and breakfast was very tasty with so many choices. The staff was very friendly and helpfull day and night. Coffee shop provide quality drinks and deserts with very good prices. I believe this place is the best for tourist and families in all east of Turkey. Wish to go back again.

Polat is a great hotel to stay at. I stayed for work and snowboarding. Everything was handy - transfer to the big mountain and rental equipment. Fantastic service, aspecially Emre Kök from reception was so considerate and professional and super helpful in all situations. I recommend for all Polat solo and family travellers!

Great hotel to stay at. Skiing was phenomenal. Not so busy this time of year

This is one of the best skiing resort you can stay in Turkey. The slopes are just in front of the hotel. Nestled at the base of Palandoken Mountain with a jawdropping view, the property comfortably accommodates guests and families at very beautifully stylished guest rooms.

From the moment you walk into the open-concept lobby of this newly renovated place, you’re delighted by its grandeur, and yet the amenities and sense of ease make it unmistakably family-friendly. The hotels communication manager Hande Akturk was lovely, so helpful during the whole time we stayed. And Ceylan Sel Sohtorik, board member of the hotel, is the most humble person ever and the one behind the whole vision of this hotel. Thank you for everything. I will surely be back with my family next time.

We stayed here for 2 nights and i must say its a best place to be , so lovely staff , nice food , awesome rooms , also they gave a surprise cake on a birthday of my friend. beutiful surprise.

25 yıldır ülke içi ve dışında kayak yapan 4 kişilik bir aileyiz. Palandöken’e üçüncü, Polat’a ilk gelişimiz. Autobahn mimarlık tarafından yenilenen dekorasyon oteli sınıf atlatmış. Kestane restorandaki açık büfe yemeklerin lezzeti ve kalitesi çok iyiydi. Şefleri gerçekten tebrik ederim. Kırmızı ete doyduk resmen! Hiç bir otelde bu kadar güzel demleme çay içtiğimi hatırlamıyorum.

Çalışanların ilgisi, çalışkanlığı ve güler yüzleri çok memnuniyet vericiydi. Ancak iki konuda memnuniyetsizliğimizi söylemeden edemeyeceğim.

Birincisi otelde extra (özellikle alkol) fiyatlarının son derece fahiş olması, üzerine mecburi %13 servis ücreti ilave edilmesi. Kokteyler 475-500 tl, bir şişe vasat şarap 1.750-1.900 tl. Alakart restoranda makarnalar 650 tl!

İkincisi ise mekanik tesislerin son derece eski model ve yavaş olması. Birbirine çok yakın olan Sway ve Polat ın pistlerini iki otelin misafirlerinin ortak kullanamaması büyük talihsizlik. Ülkemizde çoğu kayak merkezi pistleri birleştirmişken üstelik. Ejder Gondol’una otel girişinin karşısındaki telesiyejle çok rahat ulaşılması bu otelin en büyük artısı. İyi kayakçılar için maalesef pistler yetersiz.

Otelde ilk konaklamamız. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. 5 yaşındaki kızımız kids clubtan çıkmak istemedi. personel sayısı çok yeterli ve ekibin hepsi birbirinden bilinçli, sıcak ve ilgili. çok güzel aktiviteler yapılıyor. Kids club ekibi özel bir teşekkürü hak ediyor. Mutlaka yine gideceğiz.
