Dedeman Palandoken Hotel

Great stay! Breakfast was really good, a wide selection! The room was spacious and comfortable. Views from the room is amazing. Walking distance to Palandoken Ski resort. At the end of the day I can literally ride my snowboard back down to the hotel. Very convenient.

Their staff were very nice and helped a lot throughout the stay too. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Mrs Başak we received the best hospitality and service there is concerning our stay at this hotel. The food was always delicious and there too, the service was excellent.
Honestly the hotel is not the newest but for sure the cleanest. Beds were very comfortable and Bathrooms very clean.
Skiing itself is very fun thanks to the great nature but also thanks to the staff at the ski-rental. Special thanks to Mr. Ali Osman for helping us.

All in all a great hotel! Thanks to Mrs. Başak’s hospitality, who helped us with our questions, we had a pleasant stay at the Dedeman Hotel. The staff here is very friendly, the food is tasty and the hotel is clean. The location of this hotel i ideal for skiing as it is right in the middle of the mountain. Just dont forget to bring lip balm as the air is very dry.

First of all many thanks for the hospitality. Rooms, ski room, guest relation and food&beverage is perfectly designed. I would like to visit Dedeman Palandoken in winter period. From guest relationship Ms Başak has supported us a lot , she is very friendly and kind.

Between geurgeus muontains with breath takeing wiew a very warm atmosphere hotel with Always smiley and ready to help stuff. Incredible awesome food!

Dedeman Palandoken Hotel: Nestled in the heart of Palandoken ski resort, this hotel boasts breathtaking views and ski-to-door convenience. A great spot for winter enthusiasts! 🏔⛷

Stayed for 6 nights in Feb 23. Family of four, we had a fantastic stay here at Dedeman Palandöken. It is right on the slopes, 10 metres from a great chair lift. The hotel has everything you need for a family ski holiday. There wasn't an 'All Inclusive' rate in 2023, and drinks weren't cheap, but the food was top class. Better than many hotels and I'm a frequent traveller. 3 hearty meals a day (plus a mid afternoon tea with the Full Board +) we could always find something for the whole family.

The skiing was great even though only the lower routes were open due to the Feb 23 Earthquake.

The Spa facilities were OK, with a decent sized pool for the kids to.splash about in on our 1 bad weather day.

The hotel were really flexible with moving ski passes, ski hire and lessons around to skip the day we missed.

Massive shout out to the instructor staff too. Fatih got our 6 year old and 4 year old skiing really quickly and was super friendly - an absolute credit to the hotel.

I joined to Icebreak event. I got to know Dedeman Hotel by this event. I appreciate the good hospitality a lot. Hope to come again soon :)

An old hotel with a huge need of renovation..but the staff is so great and helpfull. If your expectation is a
great location for skiing ..than hotel is 5 stars. We appreciate a few people especially Mr. ERCAN at the restaurant.

It is a nice hotel. If you expect luxury holiday resort this is not for you . But if you want nice ,cosy, clean and good service hotel then definitely a good option . Friendly service ,very good food and clean beddings etc . This is what I would like to get from a hotel with 5 and 7 years old children. I would definitely come here for my next ski holiday . Great price for the service what you receive. Definitely recommended ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

A wonderful place to stay, ski, snowboard and sled. The employees are professional and attentive. One person in particular, Enra, took such good care of us. Not one bad experience with service. The food was great and beautifully presented. Full board is the way to go - all meals provided. The spa was clean and the people there very attentive. Rooms were very clean and just what you want in a ski lodge. Beds seemed “just right”. Housekeeping kindly met our special requests promptly. The skiers in our family loved the “ski-in-ski-out” setup and how easy it was to rent equipment. Prices were very reasonable. I having nothing negative to say. Maybe carpet in halls could be replaced but honestly that didn’t impact out enjoyment one bit. Just go - you will love Dedeman Ski Lodge!
