Nice hotel . Good value for money . clean and tidy, good breakfast , very very friendly and welcoming staff . Location is just perfect , you can reach all what you need in Erzurum city by walk , not far from pelandokin ski area . just few minutes by taxi. Next time I will stay here again

Your hotel is very clean and pleasant and my family and friends and I have stayed twice. Once 4 years ago and once this year. Your hotel is small with a warm environment. The lady who welcomed us for breakfast was very kind and her beautiful motherly Turkish words made the pleasure of staying there more beautiful for us. Unlike all the hotels I visited in Turkey, Staff was fluent in English and kindly told us all about the city and its sights. They treated me with respect and kindness and explained everything. The hotel is in a very good location, you can walk to all the restaurants, shops and passages. Although we had a car and they provided us with parking, it was not needed at all during our stay. thnaks alot

Otelde 2 günlük bir toplantıya katılmak üzere konakladık. Odaları oldukça temiz, personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve güzeldi. Konum olarak şehir merkezinde olduğu için tarihi eserlere yürüme mesafesinde. Son olarak 2 gece geçirdiğim oteldeki resepsiyondaki Sinan beyin ilgisine ve mutfak bölümünde çalışan ablaya teşekkür ederim. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz aile otelidir. Pişman olmazsınız

Odalar temiz ve çok tarihi havası vardı otelin bahçesinde kahvaltı yapması gerçekten rahatlatıcı hoşuma gitti 👍

Hatice ablamız 1 yıldız vermiş ben ona katılamayan bir yorumda bulunmak istiyorum. Öncelikle konum olarak çok avantajlı bir yerde bundan dolayı otoparkı yok dikkat edin. Bana tahsis edilen oda tek kişilik çift yataklı idi ve çok temiz kullanışlı odaydı, çamaşır suyu kokusunu hissettirdi. Yatak ve tuvaletim temizdi. Televizyonu yeteri kadar kanal mevcut. Otelin internetini kullanmadığımdan yorum yapmıyorum. Hizmet olarak resepsiyon ve odalar klasik bu standarttaki bir otel ile aynı. Odamda ikram olarak çay, kahve ve su mevcuttu. Ben her otelde göremiyorum bu ikramları. En son olarak kahvaltıya gelecek olursam çeşitlilik olarak gayet yeterli ve başarılı buldum. Artık Erzuruma geldiğimde günlük ev yerine burada kalmayı daha uygun buluyorum.

Bazı yorumlar nedeniyle çekinerek gitsem de çok memnun olarak ayrıldım. Odalar gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Açık büfe olan kahvaltı fazlasıyla yeterliydi ve orda çalışan hanımefendi çok ilgiliydi ,güleryüzlüydü. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi de çok anlayışlı ve ilgiliydi.Internet hızı iyiydi duraksama yaşamadım. Ayrıca otelin konumu caddeye çok yakin olduğu ve önünde taksi durağı olması sebebiyle de çok rahat ettik . Teşekkür ederiz.
