Dedeman Palandoken Ski Lodge

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my ski trip and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the snowy mountains, making my mornings truly magical.

The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes was a major plus, allowing me easy access to a day filled with skiing adventures. After a long day on the slopes, the hotel's amenities, like the cozy fireplace in the lounge and the relaxing spa, were the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate.

Dining at the hotel was another highlight, with a fantastic selection of local and international dishes that were both delicious and satisfying, providing the perfect end to my action-packed days. The attention to detail, from the quality of the food to the ambiance of the dining area, was impeccable.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch skiing accommodation. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience that enriches your trip, making it unforgettable. I can't wait to return next season!

Very accommodating and helpful staff, especially Gözde and Mehmet who provided us with very good service. Our favourite part was the breakfast. Great value for being right in the middle of the resorts as well.

The location is very convenient and the staff is very professional. Ms. Nisafir iliskileri gözde ön búro tugce were very helpful in all matters and took care of my every need from check in to check out.
One thing made me really impressed was,A 100 $ bill feel from my pocket in the room and when I came back from skiing, the staff picked it up and put it on the table. I have never seen such thing in all my travel experiences.

In this hotel u have everything in walking distance: ski rent on the lower floor, cafe where u can chill and eat some food.
And I want to say thank you for staff. They was always kindly and pleasant. If u have some problem - just ask them, they will find the best way to help!

Excellent hotel, the reception, the staff were super friendly, very clean hotel, the excellent buffet (a bit repetitive) the breakfast very good, egg omelette on demand, fresh orange juice (paying) hotel located at the start slopes, free drinks only water and soda, wine or other is paying (the rest of the drinks are quite expensive) but the stay was great, we will definitely come back, we recommend this hotel

Very cosy and clean hotel conveniently close to the ski lifts. The staff were friendly and helpful. Making efforts to be eco-friendly, would recommend they use glass watter bottles in rooms and restaurant. Thank you Dedeman Hotel Ski Lodge for a great stay !

Myself, my wife, my 7 years old son and 5 years old daughter spend 2 weeks of school break between December 21st and January 5th. The place is wonderful and the snow is guaranteed. The location of this hotel is much better compared the other Dedeman hotel, as it is closer to city and there is public transportation and also shops around. Gondola is about 100m away. The hotel also rents ski and snowboard equipment with much cheaper prices compared to rentals around. They also prioritize hotel guest to provide ski equipment cabin (we had cabin from the day one until the last day for free, I had my own ski equipment and family rented them. We kept the equipment in our cabin and only paid when we used them, so no hassle, absolutely pain free). During our stay my son learned skiing to the level of red pistes and my daughter and wife learned for blue piste skiing.

Coming to the hotel itself, it has sauna, Turkish bath and well equipped and no-populated gym. We used gym almost everyday and there were maximum of 2 people inside, so equipment is yours.

Hotel provides breakfast between 7am and 10 and evening meal between 7pm and 9pm. Food and tea was great.

Rooms can be cleaned everyday depending on wish, we got them cleaned 3-4 times week. The personal is very friendly.

When it comes to the staff, Gulshah Karakoch helped me a lot during booking, answering provablt 20-30 questions of separate e-mails when I was trying to get the most accurate information about our planned stay, since it was going to be long. So she was very patient with me.

Mehmet Yildirim is the guy to help everything. He met us as soon as we arrived and showed us the hotel and around. And he can not connect you with everyone and has been working at the hotel for almost 16 years and knows every detail.

Gurkay Cebe and Ceren Akpinar are the people I remember from reception, which were immediately available as soon as I approach to reception. Prior to leaving hotel, we had to give PCR tests and Gurkay recommended the clinic (Private Buhara Hospital) and after getting tested, Ceren got the results for us from the hospital, printed out all and she printed rest of our documents for our smooth travel.

Overall, we had an excellent experience. Definitely a nice spot to spend winter vacation and do snow sports.

Beautiful place and very beautiful mountains. Have swimming pool for kids too. The gym is good. Just the problem is the language- nobody speaks English, Russian too. Needs help with Google translate all the time!

I was spending family vacation at Dedeman ski lodge and we were very satisfied with the hotel staff and in particular Alkan both at Dedeman and Dedeman ski lodge. I have never met such a helpful, considerate, polite, gentle, friendly and understanding person!!! He did his best to make our stay an unforgettable experience and i am sure

Great hotel right in front of the ski resort. You can walk to the lift and cable car to go up to the mountain. My room is clean and spacious. Stuff are nice, friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed hamam and gym inside of the hotel. There is a nice restaurant, lounge and bar. Also ski and boots rental is inside of the hotel. I really love this hotel. This is second time I stayed here and I will be back again :)

Nice ski lodge. Had a spacious suite with good amenities, only criticism was lack of control of radiator heat, otherwise all good. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Try the Hamam and massage, excellent and recommended.

Good value stay, right next to the ski lift, free parking, good breakfast, good size rooms with additional bed built into the wall, friendly staff. Despite somewhat old hotel, it was tastefully upgraded and comfortable. Foods and drinks were on the pricy side but expected especially during covid times, so we ordered from Yemeksepeti. Recommended

Unfortunately We couldnt stay(yet), but management provided us all the support when we needed to reschedule due to no-snow conditions. Thanks Gulsah Hanim.
