Saka Life Hotel

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast, while okay, didn’t overshadow the fantastic service. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to one with a better view, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and commitment to guest satisfaction.

It is one of the best hotels in Erzurum.
Everything was good and its price is good. Although it is a small hotel with narrow corridors and a small elevator but there was very clean and professional staffs.
I suggest it for every one. We were 4 people family with 2 small children but this hotel was very comfortable for all of us and we don't have any problem.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel is close to the inner city. The rooms were big and clean, with modern interior. The breakfast was really good too. By far the best part about the hotel is the service. The personal is really helpful, and works hard to satisfy your needs. Especially Tugrul(macarius) was amazing! He helped me to organize a large shipping to Germany and went out of his way to make sure everything worked out for me! Best hotel staff I've ever met, even compared to way more expensive hotels.

I was impressed with the attention from the manager Kerem of this Hotel more than I expected . The managers are very warm hearted, charming and helpful . I arrived in a motorbike, and I have received the best attention . The customer service is excellence. The Hotel is a very nice building , good location , with amazing views , completely rebuilding with excellent taste and elegance. The price quality ratio is very competitive. I would highly recommend this hotel . I'm from Spain and I'm travelling in a motorbike around Turkey.

Quite an amazing hotel. I myself own a hotel of the same category and I have to say that Saka is a hotel of 10/10. They deliver truly great comfort: wonderful mattress, amazing shower quality. Top cleanliness. Each staff member, from reception guys to cleaners, were smiling, smart, and willing to help.
I don't imagine a hotel of same value in Erzurum, so tqke your chance, traveller.

I think it's the best hotel in this place and If I come back again I will stay in the same hotel.

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated rooms, great shower and bathroom, good breakfast and parking area. The staff is very friendly and they speak English very well.

The manger here he speak English and he is very helpful, All I want is to say thank you! Btw room is clean and quiet.
