Beautiful historic hammam. Pleasant experience in an evocative setting.

Loved it 😍 people who work there are so nice and friendly. Whether you speak Turkish or not, they guide u through the whole process. The ladies and guys go to different areas but the service is the same. You get peeling, soaping, and a bit of massage. There is a sauna too. Everything was so cheap and enjoyable. If you come to Sfranbolu, try this place!

Overall nice experience. Nothing fancy but does offer traditional Turkish bath experience. Current price 240try for men and 210try for women (I see no need for the extra soap or shampoo which are sold separately)

I really enjoyed my time at this Hamam! I would 100% recommend. It was a very relaxing experience. The price for everything was 380tl. That also included the peeling towel(which you have to buy as it’s personal)

Very nice Turkish bath with friendly staff. I got the full treatment for 82tl. A good scrub down and peel, nice sauna, super clean facility. Very quiet when I visited.

Great place! Is the perfect plan after a day of tourism around Safranbolu. They also know how to handle foreigners that don't have much experience with hamams. We received our massage from Rıdvan and he was really good and kind. Good energy!

Built in the 17th century, hamam is a traditional Turkish bath. Separate areas for men and women.

Great, traditional Turkish bath experience. Do not expect a spa treatment. These women work hard and are friendly and welcoming to foreigners. Even if this is your first they can guide you through the process with limited English. My attendant gave a strong massage and wonderful hair washing too. I definitely recommend it if you’re here. Separate area for men too.

Price is 135 TL for complex piling, massage, bath. The building is very old and it makes procedure incredible! Definitely highly recommend to visit!

Great place for hamam and relaxing

I was determined to try real, historic, local hammams during our trip to Turkey. I really recommend this one (from the XVI century!), altough the Lady did not speak English. However, she was patient, warm and made me feel comfortable during the entire ritual. Bath with kesa(peeling) and foam massage costs 135tl and it was done really well, I felt really relaxed. Really worth trying instead of expensive, fancy, but touristic hammams.

Not a "hamam experience" but a true hamam. Historic building, authentic local Turkish bath. A must when in Safranbolu.
