The Turkish breakfast is great! Variety of Jam and cheeses. Overall stay is good and affordable price for Malaysian

The place is good and the clients there are nice. As for the rooms, I will not rate them because it is each one and what his needs. If you are on a small trip, you should come here. As for long trips, I do not know.

If you really need to leave all the stressful aspects of your life and have a clam and peaceful getaway to help you re-center your mind and soul... This is the place!
It is so nice and cozy that filled our hearts with warmth.
The manager is very kind, friendly and helpful speaks English very well.
It felt so good to run away from all the crowded city's noisy to this wonderful place.

We stayed in this hotel on the weekend from 21 to 23 January. Amazingly comfortable and peaceful hotel. The rooms were very, very warm with a spacious terrace with lake view. I would also like to note the cleanliness and order in the rooms, as we had rest with two small children. For us it was important. We would like to thank our receptionist Mohammed, who was very responsive and friendly with us and our children. Highly recommend for family vacations.

Great place

An exceptional host and assistant who gives all the advice. Do not hesitate to ask him about anything. Nice place. There is a place for grilling. One kilometer from the shops. There are places to buy meat for grilling of all kinds.

I went for this one because I saw it was highly rated and I didn't want any surprises. I was not disappointed. This is the first time I've ever had a hotel call me to make sure I would find them OK!

Both management and staff were genuinely friendly and interested, while still being dignified and professional. When the manager found out it was our anniversary she went out of her way to make it extra special for us.

As to the facilities and services, everything was as advertised, nothing to complain about. In fact we had a room on the side next to a spring stream, so we slept really well. It helps if you speak some Turkish, but they have enough English to make everything work. Great for a relaxing getaway.

Really nice hotel in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is quiet and peaceful and the hotel had a homely feel to it. Very nice place to go if you want to get away for a while and enjoy the sound of silence. The breakfast was on point, and there's tea service at any hour. It had a really nice 'old village cottage' feel to it and its close enough to the peak of the mountain to get there within 30mins drive. Would recommend.

The rooms were clean and the turkish breakfast was extremely delicious.They were so kind to send our charger that we forgot in the room with cargo.Everyone was so helpful and kind.We will definitely visit again.

Unique and simple at the same time , perfect view on the top floor and lovely garden with friendly staff. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it a lot , the room are clean and breakfast is ok .

I like the place very much ,the garden is so nice and big , it’s very good place to have some relaxing and quiet night nights the staff is very friendly and nice , Some of them speak English so you can contact with them and tell’em what you need, the breakfast is excellent, they have a good menu tea and coffee worth a try, it’s a great place I recommended 👍🏻❤

It is a fantastic hotel close to the kartepe Ski center. The owners are very kind and cheerful; moreover, they are always asking how are you or if you need something. We were very Happy to sleep there a couple of days. We Will Come back for sure

This is a great hotel for a short break with super staff in Tolga bey and Hurrem hanim. They're super friendly, helpful and determined to make you feel at home. They also have many helpful friends and contacts that they will call to get you the best prices when looking around. Breakfast was perfect, too.

The staff at Butik is beyond friendly and helpful. I’m very happy to have stumbled upon this hotel and felt the hospitality and warmth when I walked in the door. If you are able to stay here they will provide a homey experience in Maşukiye.
