Nevreste Bozcaada

Our experience was 10 out of 10. From the food to the way we were treated, this place left us feeling we made the right choice out of so many places.
My handsome husband and I shared a few of their recommendations plus a delicious local pumpkin dessert. Very pleased!

Nevreste is the one stop you must make when visiting the charming Bozcaada. The atmosphere and dishes served perfectly capture the island’s culture and heritage. The owner, Aynur creates her own recipes and gives a unique and tasty twist to classic dishes. We have thoroughly enjoyed the selection of Turkish mezzes, fresh grilled fish and ended with the divine halva.

After 2 years we came back and Nevreste is still the best seafood restaurant in Bozcaada. We throughly enjoyed every second of our dining experience at this loving restaurant.
The food was exceptional and beautifully presented. We especially loved Nevreste’s special lobster (we ordered a day before) ada lokumu, balik simit,lakerda, octopus, fish pastirma, and kulbasti dishes. The service was great, music was good and everybody was very friendly. Looking forward to go back to Nevreste next year 💜

This is the best fish restaurant in Bozcaada. You should definitely try the specialties: sea brass balls and the Sea brass with kind of Rosti and sauce, they were amazing. I also loved the Salmon Pastirma, goes great with some i e cold Raki. Definitely recommend this place!

Very nice and funny restaurant! The place and atmosphere are really authentic, full of local people. The food is good and they have some catch of the day. Music gets louder by the end of the evening and people start to sing and dance while drink raki! Aynur, the owner, is a wonderful woman very kind and ready to make you feel welcome and at home!

Adorable and chic restaurant in Bozcaada. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming the service is attentive. I ate really different little Tapas style plates that they call neze accompanied by uzo type drink raki. We ordered egelim ,hurmali enginar, visni sarma, bik pastirmasi,ada lokumu,peynirli ot,kalamar izgara. All i would recommend. Pricing is a little above normal but well deserved. The owner Aynur checked on us many times to make sure service was as we wanted

We had a wonderful experience while dining at Nevreste. The staff, as well as the family that owns and runs it are all so incredibly helpful and kind. The mezes were the best I’ve had on the island so far (and I’ve been going to Bozcaada for several years). I highly recommend the Levrek ceviche and the spicy atom.
I love it so much I recommend it to family members the following day, where they dined with their children. And the children loved the food and atmosphere as well.
Please make sure to visit this amazing restaurant while on the island. 🤎

Recently visited this beautiful island and our choice for dinner meals was Nevreste.
We are so glad for picking this place out of immense number of food establishments.
We’ve thoroughly enjoyed dining experience starting from ambiance, detailed attention to food taste and presentation , impeccable service and attentive approach of owner.
Mrs Aynur made us feel like home thousands miles away from home.

Nevreste is the gem of Bozcaada where you can have the best food on the island. We have been visiting this place every single year since it is open.

In addition to its usual quality of service and kind staff, this year the social distancing and cleanliness of the place made us feel very comfortable under the pandemic conditions.

The food.. where to start? The owners and the chef are local people from the island. Nevreste’s special recipes are really unique and so delicious with reasonable prices. Ada lokumu (a special hot starter made of shrimps and cheese) and vişneli yaprak sarma (grape leaves hand-stuffed with rice, sour cherry, and spices) are my favorite starters out of 30+ yummy alternatives.

They serve very fresh sea food so feel comfortable to have a conversation with the chef for your choice(s) of fish while ordering mezes (cold & hot starters). You will be absolutely satisfied.

Simply the best food on the island from its own people!

Don't ever miss to have the wonderful mezes and seafood in Nevreste in Bozcaada. Everything is sooooo delicious and service is awesome.

Great and unique mezze, at a good price, good selection of local wine, and of course raki. Outside on street dining....the Bozcaada way! The owner was great and spoke English. She recommended a couple of dishes that weren't on the menu, but were excellent. We will be back again

I love Bozcaada and Nevreste became our favorite restaurant. Excellent service and delicious food! Levrek simit, levrek kulbasti, octopus, ada cacik, visne sarma…. Everything is super fresh and delicious. Friendly and fast service! Can’t wait to go back! Till next summer!

Perfect place for dinner, located in colorful streets of Bozcaada, we really had great experience, good atmosphere, delicious and special dishes, kind host, place worth of visit again.
