Unforgettable Stay at an Exceptional Hotel

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! The food was delicious, offering a diverse and satisfying culinary experience. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a refreshing balcony view. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, enhancing the overall quality of my stay. The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze. I will certainly be returning for another memorable stay.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, Seaview room is a must, but if you have more than 2 people, I would recommend the larger double as it was a bit small for additional bed in room. Has all the facilities you would need, including a mini, but very fun water park. Food was fantastic, although random at times, but I like to but a little of everything on anyways so it suited me. Only down, was desserts were bland, and although they looked very different, ultimately, they were all the same thing. Felt all in all was exceptional value for money.

Just back from a week's stay over Easter. Weather was great for us approx 27c and sunny. The sea is just starting to warm up. We upgraded to a standard sea view room which was large, well equipped and clean. The view was amazing. The food was fantastic, loads to choose from and very good quality. The only thing I would say is that the chefs struggle to keep up with demand at the busiest times. We went for earlier breakfast 07.00 and if we couldn't get to dinner for bang on 7.00 pm waited until 8.30 pm for the rush to calm down. They carry on filling up right through service so you won't miss out. The restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Yes as some have mentioned the local beer and wines are not necessarily as strong as the international drinks, but you're all inclusive so you can drink as much as you want. There was brand new sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Towels are provided from the Spa for you to use and you can change them during the day. We are already looking to book again.

Never though Turkey is such a beautiful country. We had great time. Big Thank you for hotel staff. Great service. They looked after us from minute we arrived. Restaurant food was great. Staff in the restaurant so friendly and I would like to say big Thank you.
Ibrahim in reception is great. He selling trips with great prices and big smile if you need help he always there for you. Big recommendation and quality for money we paid is great.

Stayed here for a week with a friend and was the best holiday I’ve had. Everyone is super friendly, staff would come over to sit and talk where they could. Susu from the entertainment team (believe he was the manager) and Ali from the restaurant made the experience the best. As well as a woman from the kids club but can’t remember her name. Beautiful hotel, 5 pools including an indoor one, water slides, events, snack bar open for 6 hours, different types of food is served between 7am and 2am. The bar is open 24/7. We landed late at night and supper was still available which was a limited selection of Turkish dishes but was grateful it was open so late! The hotel is stunning with plenty of activities to do. In the room there was a minibar which was free and restocked everyday which had water, sparkling water, juice boxes, and a few cans of fizzy drinks.

The only downside is you’re a little bit of a walk away from the town however there are electric scooters which are very cheap to rent or bikes. The scooters for an hour roughly cost £7. There’s a market on site but the opening times aren’t 100% reliable.

My suitcase broke whilst getting off the coach to which a staff member said to take it to the technician. After repair you couldn’t have noticed it was ever broken. Amazing for families, parters or a friend’s getaway.

There’s a wide variety of food choices, the Turkish deserts weren’t to my taste but there’s a patisserie open for 12 hours a day instead. Would definitely return.

Our 2nd visit to Orka Lotus beach. Outstanding location, the views are stunning. Staff all very attentive nothing ever to much trouble. Rooms lovely, and the maids are lovely and work so hard to keep the rooms immaculate. Beach is of a high standard of cleanliness, and the water is beautiful and great for snorkelling. Food is delicious and fresh and beautifully presented. Highly recommend. Orka Lotus. Thank you to all the staff for making our holidays with you truly memorable. ❤

Me and my girlfriend, and my two friends have stayed here, the hotel is beautiful and is value for the money. The cocktails are up to standard and are included.
The rooms are beautiful decorated and spacious.

The facilities are all clean and the staff are attentive.

The buffet is ok for good enough for breakfast and for lunch, but we found out self going out for dinners.

The only issue I have found is that the TVs in the room are old and I feel they should be updated. I would like to be able to watch Netflix in my room.

Beautiful location, rooms clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed the spa, we tried deluxe spa. Thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and caring.
Kids loved playing table tennis, aquapark, pool and beach.
There is also indoor pool and gym.
Lovely walk along promenade to icmeler - only 15-20mins. You can also hire bike, scooter or quad.
Excursions are available, we did boat trip and loved it. Take swimwear, you can dive from boat into beautiful clear water. They also provide life jackets and foam noodle for less confident swimmers.
Evening entertainment can be a bit loud if you get room near pool at night.
Almost the same choice of food everyday. Food looks nice but tastes average especially desserts. Very few bar staff know how to make cocktails, many just look at ingredients and mix in weird proportions, taste awful. Just stick to straight drinks.
Everywhere they expect tips take plenty of change with you, they also accept pounds or euros.
There are more pros than cons.
We will visit again and stay at Orka.

We had a lovely room with fantastic sea views and a large sun facing balcony. The staff were all lovely and the food was good.

Omg I love this place. Lovely hotel staff couldn't do enough to help. Food there was always loads of choice even for a fussy eater. Can't wait to go again. The only downer security guard outside on beach didn't like you taking disabled scooter on the empty beach on slatted area. Moaned a few times.

The sea, nature view and weather were amazing! 🥰 We loved so much! 🥰 The hotel is very close to the sea, the rooms were clean and comfortable.✅ The staff in the lobby could have been more friendly. The meals and snacks were okay but it could be better!!!

Beautiful hotel and great place. Excellent view. Excellent beach. However, drinks are not so great. It’s like they are dilluted with water (beer, wine…). The hotel can be better taken care of. There were some parts of the paint from the walls that were falling. The air conditioning in the room was noisy

Such a lovely place and a great staff. Rooms are good as well but need to be careful with selecting when booking.

Impressions of our stay at the Orka Hotel ❤:

On the positive side:
- The reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the managers even took the time to show us the breathtaking observation deck on the 2nd floor, which offered stunning views of the beach.
- The beach itself was pristine and the sea was clean and pleasantly warm.
- The hotel boasted numerous pools to cater to every guest's preferences. Whether you preferred a relaxing lounge pool, a lively pool with music, or children's pools, there was something for everyone. There was even a special water zone for the little ones.
- The water park on the hotel premises was a standout feature. It struck the perfect balance for us; not too big, not too small.
- The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's cuisine. The kitchen operated like a well-oiled machine, serving up delicious and beautifully presented dishes that catered to every palate.

On the downside:
- Unfortunately, the animation activities left something to be desired. We were particularly interested in Zumba and the daily dance classes, but it seemed the animator operated on his own schedule rather than the posted one, often starting sessions haphazardly.
- The children's club, while well-intentioned, didn't actively advertise its offerings. When we inquired, the staff member was friendly but informed us that only two children were currently participating, mainly engaged in drawing. As our 7-year-old son wasn't inclined to join in, it didn't quite meet our expectations.

Overall, our stay at the Orka Hotel was memorable, with its strengths far outweighing its shortcomings.

These two remarkable individuals went above and beyond to assist us from the moment we arrived until we departed. They are truly the shining stars of the hotel.

Stayed here end of May. Lovely hotel,friendly staff, great food. Booked a sea view room which was amazing. Sadly had to cut short our stay, because of a family emergency back home, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport for flight home, we can't thank them enough. We are staying again in August, so can't wait to be back there.

Really great view from our room The staff were friendly and helpful , the food was very repetitive and in the main dining room the staff were very slow in clearing the tables, we had to ask twice where to get cutlery and if we could have drinks, where as sitting outside the staff were on the ball clearing tables quickly and setting them up again always checking everything was ok . Not enough sun beds same as most hotel sunbeds have towels on them and no one there for hours same at the beach.would recommend as that happens with sun loungers everywhere. The water park was good fun.

First time in Turkey my 17 year old daughter and I stayed at the beautiful Orka Lotus beach hotel, the hotel was amazing, spotless throughout food and drink was great, staff where amazing, entertainment was very good and we where right next to the beach. My daughter and I had the most amazing week here for the Easter break. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Would definitely return to this magnificent destination.

Great food, Turkish and English. Outstanding views and location. Staff are very hard working and do their best to help you with anything whilst staying there. Aqua park slides are great and created great days for our kids. Amazing pools with nice drinks, especially chocolate milkshakes. Would consider returning.
Rooms where clean and refreshed and mini bar refilled everyday. Room was spacious. Added extras was a hairdryer, Toothbrush kit, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Rooms need more information on entertainment. But that's being picky as staff are happy to help.

Where do I start? From the day i arrived to the very last day, I have been extremely satisfied with absolutely everything from this hotel. The service was impeccable, every staff treated us with respect, care and friendly manner. The room and the hotel in general very clean and professionally presented. The entertainment was great (thanks to Bora and Emra),never left bored there is always something to do. Loved the night shows and the night bars, very interactive and very enjoyable, i could not get enough. Overall, i was very, very, very happy. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and i can promise you that you will not be disappointed!! Once again. Once again, thanks to all the staffs at Orka Hotel for taking good care of us. I will be back in 3 months.
