Sera Lake Resort Hotel

Sera Lake Hotel and Resort proved to be an ideal destination for our family, including my wife, 18-month-old daughter, and me. The picturesque location and breathtaking views added a touch of magic to our stay. The staff, notably Tariq, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made valuable suggestions for family-friendly sightseeing in Trabzon. Our experience was not just enjoyable but also remarkably family-oriented. We’re looking forward to returning for another memorable stay with our little one.

This is a perfect stay if you want some quiet time away from the buzzing city with great views, but at the same time close enough to trabzon city centre. The hotel is located 15-20 min by car asay from the centre. You can go through a minibus (dolmus) which passes every half an hour from the resort entrance or you can take a taxi. It has an amazing terrace with views overlooking the sera lake. The staff are super friendly, Wessam and Tarek speak arabic. The food is also good. The rooms are clean, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel also helped us organise tours to Uzongul and Sümela.

Every time i visit Trabzon i must stay at this hotel.. Everything about it is special ( location, view, rooms, food, service and even the staff were professional, friendly and very kind.. They always offered extra help and care.. The stay was pleasent and the rooms were very clean.. It's not the first time I book with this hotel and of course it won't be the last cause am looking forward to come back soon..

I had a wonderful stay at Sera Lake Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally nice and clean, offering breathtaking views of Sera Lake and Trabzon. The rooms are not only spacious but also maintained well.

One of the standout features was the hotel staff's proficiency in English and Arabic, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special thanks to Arwa, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Arwa not only helped us with our forgotten bag but also made sure it was kept safely. Her assistance and hospitality added a personal touch to our experience at the hotel.

Moreover, the breakfast at Sera Lake Hotel was a delightful surprise. It was very good, offering a variety of options with nice outdoor seatings. This added yet another positive element to our stay.

Overall, Sera Lake Hotel provided a delightful experience with its cleanliness, stunning views, exceptional staff, and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Trabzon. And recommend having your car as well

Wisam came to each Table during Breakfast to make sure everything was well taken care of and directed us to places to visit and things to do during our stay. We greatly appreciated the stay here and will always look forward to coming back to this location.

The perfect hotel in trabzon. I would recommend taking the lake view rooms. The breakfast is good. Reception speaks Arabic, English & Turkish. They are really nice.

The best resort i have ever visited. The view is the most beautiful. The rooms are very clean and luxurious. The bathroom is very good. The service and the staff is more than excellent expesially sister wisam. The breakfast is the best among all hotels i visited. Very close to the airport.

Quite Resort, perfect for honeymoon. Their restaurant view is awesome. We booked a room with lake view which was very nice. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful. The provide transportation by hotel cars or taxi. I prefer to take taxi which cheaper than hotel prices

Comfortable, spacious rooms woth a view overlooming the lake. Friendly staff speaks multiple languages making it easy to communicate. I especially enjoyed Remzi Bey - he was so friendly at breakfast. He prepare many special foods for our table and was very attentive and friendly. We had a lovely, relaxing time!

If you are traveling to trabzon, then you must stay in this hotel. It will give you the getaway feeling that you need. It has the best view, clean room, friendly staff, all good services. The road up to the hotel is safe, and you can be in the city center within 10 mins. For arab travelers there are arab staff members, so there is no language difficulty. Specially Mrs. Wisam at reception she is very cooperative, takes good care of everyone and can even help you on daily schedule, car booking ...etc.
And spcial thank you to Chef. Ramzi Yilmiz for his smile and yummy breakfast.

Amazing experience with this hotel, everyone was kind and polite with us, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, we had a dinner night with a special design and treat from the hotel in a special closed room with an amazing view. Thanks to everyone especially chef Remzi Yilmaz who did our breakfast everyday, very talented and good soul chef.

I was amazed once i reached the property. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was perfect. The location of the property with breath takings views. Mr Tarek and Mr Fateh are amazing customer service staff and if you have any queries or issues look for them because they solve all your issues.

Overall it was good experience, and would come back for sure.

The hotel area and the city in general is very safe.

Location: the hotel is located in a lovely area that overlooking the sera lake and the beautiful green mountains and at the same time the sea. The hotel is only 20 min from the airport and 15min to trabzon Maidan.

The hotel rooms are clean and size is good. There are rooms with lake view which is great.

The hotel facilities are good, the spa offers sauna, steam, massage and Turkish bath which is very good, clean and the staff are friendly.

The restaurant has an amazing view over the lake and green mountains and even the sea. It provides indoor and outdoor seating. Breakfast was very good, and the food in general is good (for me I'm not into the Turkish choice of meat and the way they prepare it as it is fatty, the spaghetti was really good. The staff in general were good (wisam , yousef , konja and arwa) were great and very helpful and friendly. The restaurant also offers shisha (nargile). Only issue with the restaurant is that sometimes they take way too long specially for room service.

You might need to contact the lobby to get someone to clean the room (and they would react instantly) if you don't then most probably it won't be cleaned.

I loved the place and would most certainly come back again and again.

The resort location is fantastic, the view is amazing, you can stay the full day sitting at the balcony watching the beautiful nature. The staff are very professional, polite and kind. The rooms are very clean and most important the breakfast is yummy 😋😍
