Stumbled upon Aydapınar Ancient Ruins while driving the old coastal road from Alanya to Gazipasa. It's a hidden gem—Roman ruins right by the sea. There's a small beach and a cave, making it a unique spot to both explore and relax. We almost had the place to ourselves, which was great. However, it's sad to see the amount of litter left behind, considering it's an ancient, unmanaged site. Swimming was nice and the ruins are fascinating, but be aware that access to the beach is a bit hard to find.

Very nice and quiet place, once you find your way down to the rock beach. There are castle ruins to the left (where people might grill) and some walls (where people might camp) and engraved stones to the right of the beach. Usually only one or two groups around to swim.

Lovely quiet and remote ruins. There were locals just sitting down and enjoying the environment. There is a cave with a bathing pool, ruins on both sides of the cove/inlet. Personally I think access to the ground level is easiest by parking up at the layby and walking round to the other side, cutting through the archways and following the path. I saw a few people basically sliding down rocks and it didn't look appealing to me anyway. I explored it mostly and then just sat for an hour listening to the soothing waves and grumbles from the water going into the cave. Well worth a visit. It would be good if someone went and cleaned all the beer cans and other litter though, slightly ruins it !! No pun intended

Nice ancient port, still lots of written altars and big stones around the castle area, port ruins are exciting too. There is a cave with fresh water under the ruins.
