Divan Mersin

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times for business trips and the staff is always attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are consistently clean and well-equipped, I highly recommend this hotel to travellers looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

Our experience here in Divan has been excellent. Fatma, Serkan and Erden have all shown the upmost high standard of customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mersin in Turkey

I stayed in a hotel with a friend for a week. Our stay included breakfasts served in a buffet style with a wide variety of food items. Service everywhere was extraordinary: staff was very attentive to our needs and responded to requests immediately. Bed was very comfortable, room was cleaned daily, sheets, towels, sleepers fresh every day. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed at the Divan Hotel almost a week. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff members , the door man/ security crew , the front desk employees are very friendly people. Customer-driven, fulfilling customers needs and expectations.
The location of the hotel is simply awesome because a nice shopping mall is right next to the hotel. The beautiful Marina is only few meters away.
Well on my next trip to Mersin , I know already where I'm going to stay.
Hotel DIVAN

This place is amazing. They have a great room service. The staffs are very approachable. My room got a really nice view facing the sea. You can run or walk at the coast. It’s a really nice view.
As a working adult, who works from 9am-6pm, i think this place is amazing. They have a fitness spa that is clean. They have an indoor pool if you want to relax. They have a great food. Breakfast food is really good. There are nearby food store you can explore.
Though sometimes the lift can be too crowded because of events.
I will be staying here for another week.

Hotel is situated in central Mersin,we have been greeted by receptionists Mr.Emre,he made us felt special extremely helpful and knowledgeable,we thought he was the best receptionist we ever been greeted,so welcoming. Our room was very spacious comfortable bed all the toiletries you need were available in bathroom. Very clean. My only disappointment was breakfast,it was very poor fruits were almost off like melon and watermelon,orange juice wasn’t fresh,Divan is famous for pastries and cakes didn’t enjoy them either

The level of service and comfort I have received from Divan especially Ms Feyza has been outstanding. She has been very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the delicious food, every aspect of our stay was perfect.

From the moment I stepped into the Divan Hotel Mersin, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff, especially Merve, Nurcan, and Ezgi at the reception, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made the check-in process a breeze and were always happy to answer my questions and offer recommendations.

This place is very good planned.
The conditions are comfortable, food is tasty, personnel is competent, spa salon available and well maintained.
We stayed here with family of 2 adults and one kid and had only positive feelings.

We were greeted warmly by Nurcan and Emre at the front desk. Very friendly and professional. When entering our room, there was a welcome tray of sweets and water. The next morning we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast on the 14th floor. The buffet was FABULOUS! The service was impeccable. The manager Gültekin, was very present in the room, greeting us and making sure we had everything we needed. Our servers Erdem and Hasibe were very attentive, also making sure we had everything we needed. It was a great start to a beautiful day. HIGHLY recommend Divan Mersin Hotel in Mersin, Türkiye. We will definitely stay again when we return to Mersin.

Nicest hotel in Mersin. Location is really food with nice rooms overlooking the sea. Breakfast is really good and all the hotel staff is really welcoming especially Feyza at the Roof 14 restaurant.

Excellent hotel - stayed in March 2023. Another guest was a little noisy but overall an excellent stay.
