It was very good decision to go for a family trip to this perfect hotel. At first I want to start from our welcoming
We came and bellboys definitely help with all luggage as we were with small baby. After reception team was incredibly polite and fast for us it was really good because we can not wait to much as we have small baby. In 10 minutes everything was done and prepared for us and we actually can go to the room. Especially thanks to welcoming team from bar they really created home atmosphere at the lobby. GR team is definitely professionals as reception team also they accompanied us to the room and explained all details about the hotel and room also. We have also a WhatsApp group where we wrote all our needs and in 2 minutes everything was solved. Especially thank to reception team and managers as they helped us to change our room because of location we preferred different room as it was completely comfortable for our baby and all of us also.
Also want to say that bars and restaurants were perfect and all kinds of food were very very delicious

Our stay at the resort was truly exceptional. Nestled in a serene and green paradise, it provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The fantastic atmosphere and the warmth of the staff made it one of our best holidays ever. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Joy Advisor Julide. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not just enjoyable, but also profoundly memorable. Eagerly anticipating our return for a longer stay next time.

Beautifull place, great service and terrific atmosphere. We stayed there for a night for my birthday 🎂. The stuff was very hospitable and helping. They over heard that its my birthday and they sent special compliments to our room to celebrate. I will definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal experience - excellent restaurants, fantastic entertainment (live and DJs), and each guest room allocated an experience advisor who manages all you may need at any time. Vlada and Julide were absolutely brilliant. Would highly recommend and you will not regret it.

I am a travel lover and I have been almost everywhere but this hotel was my favorite. Its style, delicious food, good staff. I especially want to thank the assistants (Ekaterina and Hanna) who answered all our questions, solved all our problems. everything was very professional. I rested in July and celebrated my birthday. and they also made a surprise for me. Luzho is the best hotel in Turkey

We were very pleased with our stay in Lujo. The service and the taste of the food in the restaurants was very sufficient for us. Especially Dilan and Hüseyin, who were our Joy Advisors during our stay, were very interested with us. We will definitely come again and choose them again.

Amazing experience with my family. We were at hotel in august 2023. Many options for adult silence beqch, silence pool, high qulity service. Mr recep at gaia resturant make us full satisfied. Smile face , gentle and speedy service. Thanks to all team. Our family has remarkable memories. Well orgonised and privilege service provide by hotel feel like a special. The advisors assigned to my room Julide and Vlada were excellent and informative. I loved my stay and absolutely relaxing for my family.

Cozy,luxury,high-end and full of fun. You will love this place and enjoy it for special occasions with your loved one. We stayed in a room with a front-pool and watching sunset from the pool is georgeous. Foods are really tasty and you have lots of different choices. I try to visit different hotels on my each stay but this one deserves another round.

My family and I had a brilliant stay at the Lujo. My wife was on a gastro tour of all the restaurants - there was so much choice, the food was beautifully presented and the taste was just as good. There was enough variety for any pallet or dietary requirement. Restaurant service was on par with any 5* establishment. Make sure you have breakfast at Gaia; morning sunshine with a fresh breeze overlooking the beach with a mimosa and a breakfast spread fit for a king.
It’s a shame that 2 restaurants (Quinoa and Shibori) were closed during our visit. Although the menu from Shibori was being served in the Koza Restaurant

My kids absolutely adored the staff at Kijo the kids club, the entertainment was fantastic! From pottery & robotics classes to fully furnished arcade rooms - there were about 10 PlayStation 5 consoles that even I would have loved to sit and play all day. The whole facility is well staffed and the baby room is immaculately maintained.

Kijo is scheduled to be open until 2am however generally most people took their kids by 12am - a little hack we figured out was in the evening get the kids ready for bed and drop them off at kijo who have beds and cots for children to sleep so you can go for a late dinner.
It might be due to the season we arrived - mid May, but once again we were disappointed there were no live kids entertainment shows and the kids canteen wasn’t functioning which meant my wife and I couldn’t enjoy a solo meal together or leave them for extended periods to relax in Opa (the 16+ area). Those additional facilities would have been the cherry on the top to great facility.

There were 3 shows in the puppet arena during our 6 day stay all starting at 10pm. You can tell Lujo really invests in good entertainment, full stage lighting and props, live bands, brilliant singers, dancers and even circus acts - non of which was cheesy as the Brits would say.

The resort is pretty big but not overwhelming. My wife and I like walking so for us it was an enjoyable walk around. I’d say you can get from one end to another in 10 minutes. The resort is built into the side of a cliff so going from the beach back to the main buildings is uphill. However there are outdoor escalators conveniently dotted around to take you from each level to the next. If you don’t like walking or have young children like us, there’s a free buggy service you can call on 24/7 to take you anywhere on the resort.
Worth noting is that if you’re coming with a buggy, I’d advise a small folding buggy (like a Babyzen YoYo) as you’ll need to fold it to use the buggy.

A few days before you arrive you’ll be contacted on WhatsApp by a “Joy Advisor”… one of two dedicated assistants who will be on call pretty much all day until 10pm each day.
They’ll book your dinner reservations, buggies to get around, provide you with a daily schedule of all the resort activities and handle any issues you have with your room. They were so efficient that I only went to reception twice, check in and check out. I’d say the vast majority of guests at Lujo are Russian so the joy advisors Hayes lot speak English, Russian and of course Turkish.
Its such a great concept and special recognition goes out to our Joy Advisors Fatima & Elmira. They were warming, efficient and made our stay really pleasant.

This is a fantastic resort, it caters well to foodies and families, and anyone looking for high end luxury 5* experience.

The Hotel’s Restaurant ‘Secret’ has an amazing service - especially, Begum has been amazing - very polite, kind and professional! She made us feel very welcome and ensured a super vibe! Thanks for making the evening unforgettable.

We had some difficulties at the start, but the hotel tried to make up for it - so they really act on feedback to ensure you are having the best time.

4.5 star review, nearly flawless only slightly let down by the breakfast service and the fact 3 of the restaurants closed down at the end of the main season in October.

We felt really welcomed upon arrival at the airport as were picked up by a luxury mini bus for the transfer.

The hotel facilities were amazing, clean, modern and extremely well maintained.

The beach and pool areas were stunning and not too busy in October when we visited.

A group chat was set up in WhatsApp when we arrived and we were assigned two fantastically responsive “Joy advisors” Lola and Karina. They made the reservations at the restaurant and also handled any complaints we had.

Truly exemplary customer service is made when things don’t go to plan in my opinion, and the way Lola and Karina reacted when had a problem, really made a positive difference to our stay.

The only negative was our breakfast experience. Often we waited until after we had eaten to receive our drinks. Service was hit and miss, really depending on the quality of the waiter or waitress serving, if you receive the full order.

The Kijo kids club was extremely well equipped and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Facilities suitable for young kids up to early teens, our 13 year old enjoyed the laser tag and free arcade games.

Clearly there is a bottleneck in the Kozo restaurant for drinks, I almost felt like phoning my drinks order through 20 mins before arriving for breakfast - as I do like a coffee first.

Would we visit Lujo again? YES, absolutely - we would even consider an upgrade to a forest villa, where we could use the Secret restaurant, which has an amazing view of the beach and I assume a better breakfast service.

We had a holiday beyond our expectations with the incredible energy and help of our advisors JA Khadija and JA Sofia. To make it happen, we only spared time for vacation in Lujo, everything else was organized for us by Mrs. Khadija and Sofia.
We would also like to thank to the joy beach, Mrs. Buse, Mr. Aykut and Mr.Naim, Shibori Restaurant Mr. Kerem and Asma restaurant Mr.Burak for their hospitality.

That was one of the best places we have ever been to! Great location, perfect service, and incredible restaurants! The staff and especially joy advisers are amazing in every aspect! The concept of the hotel is brilliant! Definitely a place where we will come back!

Wow!! Just returned from a fantastic trip to Lujo. I must admit I was a little sceptical before leaving due to some negative reviews - however these fears were completely gone from the second we sat down in the VIP luxury transfer and entered the hotel. I have been lucky enough to visit some incredible places in the world (Bora Bora, Maldives, Fiji, Hawaii etc) and I must say that this resort is in our top 3 resorts in the world. I want to make special mention to our Joy Advisors - for us personally this was the perfect way to request ANYTHING we wanted during our stay. From requesting more towels, restaurant reservations or calling a buggy - our advisors always promptly responded and ensured what we wanted got done immediately. Thank you so much Vadym and Yuliia. However the exceptional service didn’t just stop there - every member of staff we had an encounter with always gave an exceptional level of service and I think it is this service that sets this place apart. I know some reviews have mentioned that they struggled with the employees speaking English - anyone we spoke to spoke great English and if they did struggle it is actually on us to help them understand. The food at the restaurants was exceptional - we used to love our lunches at Opa (on the beach) and at Quinoa, and were lucky enough to try most of the other restaurants for dinner.
Now onto the actual resort itself - you are taken aback by its beauty and how it seamlessly balances with the natural beauty surrounding it. For me looking out from our sea view room every morning was just breathtaking, I loved looking out at the sea and the mountains that were thick with green vegetation. It really is difficult to take a bad picture of this place as it is just so beautiful. The pools and beaches are just beautiful (again the attendants and poolside waiters were fantastic).
We didn’t take our son on this trip however did pop in to see the kids club and was amazed at the size and the activities on-site, I think our next trip will be with him as we know he will love it as much as us.
Every evening we enjoyed sitting in Pablo Esco Bar and sipping on their cocktails and premium spirits. They would normally have a live DJ every other night and we just loved the vibe in there.
So for me it was the perfect holiday - incredible resort topped off with exceptional service.

This year was our third stay, and again we had an amazing holiday here. The staff is very friendly, The food is perfect, the views at the restaurants, you will never find this somewhere else!! Only two flaws: the pebbles on the beach. The first time we were here (3 years ago) there was very soft white sand.
and 2. It seems like there are no rules for their guests. Even if they play very loud music on the beach on their phone, it’s allowed. And shisha allowed on Joy Beach, where little kids play? Must there be an accident first? I think it’s a very good idea to allow this only at the 16+ beach, before a kid gets injured by a fallen shisha..

We loved here! Everything was amazing. The ala carte system was more enjoyable for us. Cocktails and the food are wonderful! Beautiful beach, we loved the pool. Clean great vibes there. Many options even for kids and for the couple who wants to be alone. I can say the service made our stay even better. Everybody was kind and lovely. Can’t wait to come back!
