I had an amazing stay! The hospitality and comfort of the hotel truly impressed me. The room cleanliness and arrangement were perfect. The staff's friendly and helpful attitude was commendable. The food was delicious, and the service speed was also very good. The location of the hotel being close to the city center was also very advantageous. It's definitely a hotel I will choose again. I would recommend it to everyone without hesitation

My husband and I thank Elif and Muammer for making our stay in Sapanca a pleasant one. We had more than what we would expect from a hotel. The rooms, bedding, bathroom, everything was clean and comfortable. They are very friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfast was fabulous containing plenty of variety of good quality homemade food and finishing up with a Turkish cafe.with a piece of chocolate and cookie was a spooling way to start the day fresh and enthusiastic. The location being close to the city center is good for people with a car and without a car who like to use public transportation. The noise from the street doesn't bother when the windows are closed. However, they need to place mosquito screens to the windows.

I dont event know where to start! What a sweet, retro, old fashion place with modern thinking owners. The place is very close to the lake shore and located on the town road. It's very convenient. Its close to everything. The owners are very hospitable. They really and really care about you and make sure everything is great at their very nicely decorated boutique hotel. The garden is also a sweet place where you can see their stars hanging on trees and shining at nights. We even had a chance to eat their long friends birthday, not to mention their amazing breakfast with fresh traditional pastries. Just amazing! Cant compliment enough! Thank you a ton!

It was an excellent experience. Due to my work I travel a lot and stay in hotels about 100 days a year, still haven’t met no hotelier like Mr.Muhammer and Ms.Elif. Every minute of our stay me and my family felt we are the guests not the customers; such a valuable experience

The number of 5 star reviews for this establishment is very well deserved. The hosts, (a couple with historic links to the property) braved the restoration process and opened up their ancestoral home to visitors. We typically like to go for reputable hotels for hygiene purposes but this place is on par excellence to all major hotel chains.

The breakfast and sevice were divine. We took two rooms for one night only and left with an auora of, magic and charm that mainstream hotels would never achieve.

Parking avaiable, good price and proximity to mountain and lake nearby.

Will most definatly pass through at somepoint in the future.

We spent a wonderful day at the Konak with the owners Elif &Muammer , very delicious breakfast prepared from Turkish cusuine , so comfortable beds every where is so clean and tidy and worths to stay more than one day.Thank you Elif &Muammer.♥

Eşimin, yorumlardan etkilenerek ayarladığı bir mekandi. İyi ki de gitmişiz. Hangi bir şeyi övelim? Yüz yıllık mekanın harika korunup restore edilmesini mi,hem de asıl esyalariyla...Pırıl pırıl temizliğini mi? İçeri girdiğinizde zaman yolculuğunda geriye gitme hissi yaşamanızı mı? Odanızdaki o tarihi otantik ve huzur veren ahşap kokusu ve rahatlığını mı ki biz yer olmadığı için en küçük odada kaldık. Allah'ım o yatakta uyumak ne güzel, ne rahat ne huzurluydu. Bu arada odada herşey düşünülmüştü. Temizlik mukemmeldi.Bahçe harika, bahçede kahvaltı daha da harikaydı. Son söz mekanin güzel kalpli, Güleryüzlü sahipleri Elif Hanım ve Muammer Bey'le. İşini severek yapmak tam da bu olsa gerek. O kadar ki sanki akraba ziyaretine gitmişiz hissiyatı yaşattılar bize. Gece yarısına kadar oturup yaptığımız o güzel sohbeti de unutmayacağız. Eşimle birlikte bu konakta geçirdiğimiz 1 gecelik misafirligimiz tarif edemeyeceğim kadar güzeldi. Muammer bey ve Elif hanımın içtenlikleri içimizi ısıttı.Karanfil odada misafir olduk sanırım konağın en küçük odasıydı ama hem çok rahat hem de çok temizdi. Konakta geçirdiğim her an bitmesin istedim. Bahçe muazzam huzurluydu. Aksam çay ikram ettiler ve sohbetleri çok samimiydi eşim de ben de çok keyif aldık. Sabah fikrimizi alarak bahçeye hazırladıkları kahvaltı da harikaydı. Hem lezzetli hem özenli hem de sunumu çok güzeldi. Bizim için Sapanca'yı verimli gezmek adına hazırladıkları liste de ayrı bir incelikti ve çok işimize yaradı. Eşimle sadece konakta kalmak ve o güzel bahçe ve konağın huzurunu tatmak için bile tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz. Elif hanım ve Muammer beye tekrar teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. İşlerine olan saygılarından dolayı kendilerini kutluyorum.

24-25 nisan geceleri 110 yıllık konakta kaldık. Konum olarak her yere yakın muhteşem bir aile işletmesi. 3 çift olarak muhteşem iki gece geçirdik. İlk fırsatta tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz. Çok uzun zamandır bu kadar güler yüzlü ,işini son derece ciddiye alan bir işletmeye hasret kalmıştık. Muhteşem bahçesi, güler yüzlü çalışanları, samimi ve işini son derece severek yapan işletme sahipleri, muhteşem tarihi konağı ve sevimli iki tiny house'ı ile Sapanca bölgesi için en iyi seçenek. Sonsuz teşekkürler.

Ramazan Bayramı tatilinde iki gece aile olarak konakladık. Tiny house lar oldukça fonksiyonel ve kaliteli. Konağın bahçesi nin peyzajı mükemmel.
