NG Afyon

Outstanding hotel with excellent service. Very huge spa with many hot water. Tubes and slides. Excellent massage, food delicious. Wow

I'm not usually a big fan of hotels and resorts but my wife requested we go to NG Afyon on recommendation from her family. And I am so happy we went.

The customer service is exceptional. Uğur bey and his team exemplify Turkish hospitality. Yeşim hanım attended to all of our enquiries. Selami bey greeted us with a smile every time we walked past the front desk and was extremely helpful with our luggage.

The restaurant is also amazing. The breakfast and dinner buffets have all sorts of local and continental foods on offer. There were so many unique flavours to try during our stay. The staff on duty - Ali bey, Musa bey, Murat bey, Ahmet bey, Mehmet bey and Ibrahim bey attended to all of our needs and requests. They did not leave a stone unturned to ensure we dined in style.

The pools were clean and well kept, with a variety of indoor and outdoor pools operating at different temperatures. Plenty of lifeguards keeping an eye on guests at all times. Water slides for the kids and adults who want to unleash their inner child too.

I highly recommend booking a family (aile) hamam if you are a family or couple for a more private setting. Zehra hanım at the Spa Desk was helpful in arranging our hamam and our massages. My wife and I booked the Gold (altın) package. We were extremely pleased with the traditional oil massage provided by our masseuses Mira hanım and Vayan hanım. Clean towels, relaxing music, ambient room temperature and two professionals who really knew how to unlock all the knots in our muscles.

On my final day I also received a kese köpük massage in the hamam from Ramazan bey. Once again, extremely pleased with the service and the care to accomodate my requests.

Overall an exceptional stay and I look forward to bringing my wife here again.

P.S. Duriye and Zehra hanım were quick to attend to any cleaning requirements in our rooms and provide additional towels and toiletries as required.

Soner & Akif, kind and super nice front office people. Hotel has big rooms, very clean & my favorite in Afyon city.

Can’t add much to already-admired cleanliness, great pools, aqua parks (inside/outside), friendly staff, and delicious food. If you have kids, they will love these!

I liked its “no waste” policy (don’t worry, no left-overs!) You are occasionally reminded of that.

Deleted my comment on two pieces of cold food, as this year anything I took from the counter was as hot as they should be. Good job on that.

Try the nature park walk in the morning for a jog or evening walk.

Most people think you only get breakfast when you choose half board. It includes breakfast and dinner. You also enjoy tea time with desserts and cookies.

Rooms are spacious: tv, air-conditioned; hair dryer; heater inside the bathroom to dry your swimsuits etc.; tea/coffee to enjoy

Always a live performance to watch at nights.

Amazing place to stay in Afyon , great food and great facilities . Stayed here with my family ( 2 adults , 3 children ) had 2 rooms . Staff speak limited English but did not bother us at all .

We are a family of four. We think it is the best thermal hotel in Afyon. Kind and helpful staff. Do not look for anyother place, this is the best service you can get in Afyon. We loved the hot open pool. We will come back for sure…

This is a luxury resort . Thermal water is very healthy and they well architects made it heaven. Spending 2-3 days remove all stress. Turkish bath is included in package. I advice to do both Turkish bath then message.
Ask for Yunos.

Luxurious hotel, perfect thermal pools and lots of activities for kids. You should take a kese kopuk treatment and bali massage.

Breath taking luxury. Marvellous structure. Fantastic wellness and health treats. Offers more then you imagine.

Do yourself a favor and indulge in Ng Afyon.
Refresh at the SPA, be rewarded with meals, enjoy the luxury, comfort and thermal water.

Has an AMAZING waterpark! Perfect place to spend time with your kids.......
