Servet Bey der in Geschäft den ganzen Tag verfügbar ist hat unser vollstes vertrauen. Er hat für unsere fahrt nach Fethiye alles organisiert und uns gesagt, das VIP Fahrzeug nicht neu aber solide ist und der Fahrer zuverlässig ist. Genau so war es auch, was wichtig für mich war, da ich mit meiner Familie unterwegs war. Ich werde auch in Zukunft seine Dienste in Anspruch nehmen. Vielen Dank noch mal !

We had a great time in the cable car and the boat trip with this agency in Antalya!!However, the trip itinerary was not properly organized. Also, the tour guide needs to have more knowledge about the tour itineraries and the local history! I wish we could spend more time in the attractions rather than in the shopping centres! If the tour was managed properly, the tour package could potentially be the best.

Bad experience!!
The tour guide kept complaining about the immigration crisis rather than talk about the attractions!
Additionally, we were dragged to a jewelry center mid tour because the bus had supposedly broke down. They took three big tourist groups to the jewelry center with the same excuse. Do you think tourists are idiots?
I didn’t sign up for this!!

WARNING GRIFTEURS !
After a quad trip and after paying, we were left in the middle of a forest in Kemer , instead of waiting for us the minivan driver was gone and didn't come back to take us to our next trip which was a boat trip until the night fell .. Moreover the persons who were responsible of the quads and some people owning a restaurant near the area refused even to call the boss of the "agency" until we found ourselves alone in the dark (which means that they are all partners), fortunately we found a rescue.
A complaint will be filed with police.

رحلات سياحية هدفها الكسب المادي ومن ثم رميك تحت أشعة الشمس الحارقة !

تم حجز جولة سياحية للتلفريك مع زيارة عدد من الشلالات في المنطقة بالإضافة إلى وجبة الغداء

الرحلة كانت غير ممتعة إطلاقا حيث قضينا معظم الوقت في الحافلة ولم يتم رسم مخطط واضح للتنقل وكل ذلك لإضاعة الوقت ! وحتى الاماكن التي زرناها الوقت المحدد ليس كافيًا ، والحافلة تنطلق للوجهة التالية قبل التأكد من اكتمال العدد !!

الغداء كان سيئًا للغاية ولا يمكن تقديمه حتى للقطط 🤮 كما كان بدون مشروب وتم الانتظار ساعتين من أجل الغداء تحت أشعة الشمس وفي النهاية تم حشر السائحين في غرفة صغيرة لأكل أسوأ وجبة يمكن تناولها

سرقوا نقودنا ولم نذهب للتلفريك كما هو مخطط ولم يتم تعويضنا ، حيث توقفت الرحلة بعد الغداء مباشرة وإلغاء التلفريك وتركنا بالطريق تحت أشعة الشمس الحارقة ! ولم نرجع للمكان الذي انطلقنا منه بداية الرحلة كما هو متفق عليه

تجربة سيئة أثرت على صحة عائلتي النفسية والجسدية أتمنى أن لا تتكرر تلك التجربة وأحذر من التعامل معهم

رحلات سياحية غير مكتملة !
تم حجز رحلة سياحة من ضمنها التلفريك تم الغاء التلفريك فجأة وتركنا بالطريق بزعمهم أن الطقس اليوم غير مناسب وأن الرياح شديدة وكان الجو عكس ذلك تماما ولم يتم تعويضنا!!
