Oz Hotels Antalya

When researching places to stay my partner and I were a little hesitant about booking this hotel because of some of the reviews. We decided to only book for 2 (two) nights and then consider options after that. We ended up staying 6 (six) nights!

From our first experience of being greeted at the entrance, to the check-in staff, everyone was very professional and genuinely friendly. We were both very impressed with the bell boy, Talha, who explained everything very carefully, and the reception staff Murat, who checked us in and greeted us during our entire stay.

The view of the pool, the elevator to the private ocean swimming area and the scenery of the mountains are beautiful and calming.

The food was delicious with a range of salads, mains and desserts that we thoroughly enjoyed each day and night. The kindness and friendliness of the staff continued to the chefs, wait staff and house keeping.

The room was a little small, simple and older, but unless you're planning to stay in your room all day and spend heaps of time in your bathroom, it was fine for us. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the view was amazing from our room, overlooking the mountains and ocean.

We would definitely recommend this hotel, we loved it and would return. Great value for money, close to most things and easy to get around by scooters, taxi, and buses.

After reading the most recent negative reviews i wanted to cancel my booking with this hotel. My partener insisted to give this hotel a chance and to have in consideration that everyone is different and have different expectation and attitude regarding the life experiences.
On our arrival we had a great welcome from the receptionist and the porter assisted us to our room.
The room was nice and clean and had the view to the side of the hotel.
The cleaning services were great, we had the fridge replenished every day with botled water and we got fresh towels and everything we needed during ohr stay.
The breakfast was open boufet and we had lots of options to chose from and we are happy with the waiters attendace to our table.
They had also open boufet nights for extra charge and a la carte menu, we tried them both and we enjoyed.
The gym is small, with dumbells from 8kg to 30kg, one of each, tredmills, chestfly machine and legs machines. If you use your mind and creativity you can have a great workout even with minimum equipment, i had great full body workout and did not bothered me the size of the gym.
Very important to know, the beds were traditional turkish, hard to sleep on. I used again my creativity and asked the receptionist for 2 extra douvets and i put them on the bed to simulate the matress topper. I had very comfortable sleep after i did this. Some people enjoy hard beds and for this reason i was not bothered to ask for extra douvet.
Also very important to know, only the water is free and included in your room rate, everything else is charged.
The hotel rules are simple and made with common sense, if you stick to them you will not be bothered by anyone. Like any business is not accepted to bring in your room from outside any snacks, juice or alcohol and this make sense. If you want to eat or drink something that is not in the hotel menu for your taste and price, you can do it outside the hotel, in front of the supermarket, in the park or other restaurants. :)
In conclusion i had a nice time with my partener at this hotel and if i decide to come again to Antalya i will book the same hotel.

All in all, my time at Oz Hotels Antalya was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location make it a standout choice for anyone visiting Antalya. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel on my next trip. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a memorable stay!

This is my first visit to Antalya and of course my first to this hotel. I will say that my experience at the Oz Hotel Antalya has been super AMAZING. The rooms, service, the restaurants and the amenities are par excellence and I would rate them higher than any other 5-Star hotels I have stayed at before.
I would like to mention the names of some of the most amazing staff who went above and beyond in providing a memorable experience and stay.
The food is excellent and so well presented.

Great hotel, the customer service is amazing. The man at reception was really helpful and very pleasant. I had an issue with my AC in my room at 1am, someone came to my room within a couple of minutes and fixed it right away and also bought me some free cold bottles of water. The breakfast is amazing, and i would definitely visit again.

Very good location,. Nice hotel ,. Place is clean ,. Spa looks good ,. Rest areas a brilliant,. The platform next to the sea is beautiful,. People a nice ,. Only what I will suggest always pay cash ,.,. Don’t wait for end bill to be shocking

Breakfast was magnificent.
Property is impecable, including the rooms.
Did not go to the water at the beach, but the views and looks were amazing too.
I definitely recommend it.

So far, this was the best hotel I been in turkey! Lovely and helpful staff, clean room and it got cleaned while I was out. Came back to tidy and clean room. Can’t forget about the perfect breakfast buffet. 4 days at hotel could not finish and try everything. So many options food and drinks. I also would thank Gamze my agency who booked 2 days of great adventure. I trusted her with my transport and I’m so grateful for having her has my agency. I am definitely coming back to same hotel and ask for the same agency with my husband 😍

Staff is really nice, especially at the front desk and at the restaurant. The bartenders should come more often to the tables on the terrace to take orders though, you often have to go yourself to the bar to order your drinks. However the view over the Med from that terrace and the pool is breathtaking!

Best hotel I’ve ever had!! The staff is sooo kind. The pool and the view is the best. Very nice breakfast. Amazing service for my birthday. The wifi works well everywhere. It’s very clean and tidy. I can’t wait to go back there. They have a spa as well and a private access to the ocean. Can’t ask for more!! I recommend anyone to go there. I already miss it

I was very pleased with the hotel, the location and the view are magnificent. Restaurant food was very tasty. I really liked the interest of the staff, I had a really pleasant time.

Beautiful hotel with private sea swimming area. Love the structure of the building and relation with the staff made it feel like home. Mr Serdal Korkmaz ensured we are treated well and promised us better service in future, this encourages me to visit the hotel again on my next visit soon. Only improvements i would suggest is keeping air con on in hotel lobby because it gets really humid, and increase timing for indoor pool and spa

A beautiful hotel with relaxing music and the most lovely staff we could hope for. Mainly here for people getting dentistry in Turkey so many solo travellers but I came with my fella and we found all the guests friendly and all the staff welcoming and helpful. The food for breakfast was delicious and so many veggie options which was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🫶🏼

Great Hotel, fantastic staff who are very friendly, always kind and happy, fully professional. The rooms were really nice and clean, the lobby and common areas were also amazing! People who are complaining about having communication problem's are impatient and don't know what they're talking about. Islander, how many languages are you fluent in? English is the third or fourth language spoken in Turkey, so don't think you are either impressive or an important person.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and nice. Staff in all departments were very friendly. Specially Alla and Kadir at the front desk, Mozhgan at the restaurant were very nice, always with a smile ready to help! The views from the hotel is breathtaking. Close to restaurants, shopping and few yards from public transport. I will recommend.

We stayed here for three days and we had a excellent service. The breakfast buffet was excellent and diverse. We truly had an amazing time and the staff were very lovely. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Thank you very much to Yakub and burak because they look after my and my wife when I go for swimming they advised us no to swimming fare away because it was not very safe this the best hotel where I stayed until now the staff it's amazing and food it's very delicious I will come back with my kids on December thank you guys .

Amazing 5 nights spent here. The staff were friendly and great to talk to. Was happy with everything they provided and will be back soon to Oz Hotels Antalya. Taxi station and button nearby plus great supermarkets and restaurants. I will definitely be back. The lobby bar staff were great especially Gulcan, she helped and understood easily what I wanted.
