Turtas Rent a Car Antalya Airport

A great experience in every aspect. Communication was excellent from booking to departure. We had a delayed flight to Antalya and they were in constant communication to arrange our pickup times. He met us at the airport with his car (completely new and clean) and took us to the office for a very short ride to pay by card upon pickup. To reduce the excess, we opted for additional extra insurance at a very reasonable price (for our demand and not to be oversold) and off we went. Drop-off was equally easy and early due to flight time. The staff checked the car practically without any problems and took us back to the airport. It's much cheaper than some of the bigger names and based on our experience I can highly recommend it. We will return to the area again and book with this company.

We rented the car for 12 days. We experienced a very good service, when we arrived at Antalya airport we called them and within 10 minutes a pleasant and helpful driver picked us up and drove us to the office. The car was ready, we paid the deposit and rent, went through the car and drove off. New and comfortable car. On return, the car was checked by them and no remarks were discovered. We were driven to the airport by a very nice driver.

I was hesitant to deal with local rental cars in Turkey, but after a deep search, I found Turtas with a high rate on google maps.

They picked us up from the airport with prompt response via WhatsApp to their office, which is only 5 minutes from the airport. Mr. Adem explained everything regarding the contract and the rules, and he provided me with a 2023 car instead of the one I had reserved at the same rate. I delivered the car to their office in Dalaman, where the process was quick from Mr. Irfan, the one who drove us to the airport.

I also forgot my belonging in the car and contacted them 2 days after returning the car. They kept it for me for a week until my friend come and pick it up. A trustworthy people and company.

Awesome car rental service! The staff is very kind and polite. They met me and my family at the airport and drove us to the office. They also proposed to buy an extended insurance, but I refused. By the way, the traffic in Turkey is crazy, so think twice about it. I reserved Fiat, so I got a brand new car with 15000 km mileage. The car was nice and clean. They also drove us to the airport at 06:00 AM. Good job guys! Good luck in your business.

It was good experience to use car of Turtas. The staff was gentle and polite. They suggested to stay in the office under conditioner and gave as cold water when prepared the car. Then after 3 days the changed the car with technical problems.

I have rented a car from Turtas for 2 weeks in Antalya, and my experience was very positive. A gentleman picked me up at the airport, and I had a car and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. The personnel is very friendly and spoke many languages, including English and Russian. They also helped me with a small car accident that happened on the last day by assisting with police and medical. I am thankful for their effort. I would definitely recommend them for your trouble-free holiday.

I only ever use these guys for my antalya car rental now. They give a fantastic service nice cars and always a excellent price. I always worry rental company's will try to add extras and rip you off I can say this company has never shown any issue to me in the 5 years I've been renting from them. specific car, a head of office confirmed, and we get a new one perfect car! (we was pay chipest offer on the web site again) office is working despite covid restriction. If you come in Antalya and you phone is down, the place is ease to find - you should go to outside airport building, find a railways (on the second "floor")) buy the ticket and wait a train going to the left (to Antalya), go out to the next stop and walking back litlle bit. done) if you make reservation at home the car was waiting you in the airport. no mileage restrictions. One employee knows Russian.
if you are in a friendly mood and know how to communicate, any questions can be resolved ;)
use full insurance if you plan to travel a lot - on the road we meet birds, foxes, turtles, and other unexpected animals. the dog on the beach bit the bumper.

Important - you need a credit card. they get numbers and CVC. Debit card doesnt work.

Recommending to rent a car from Turtas Rent a Car Team.
They met us in airport, took to their office, explained all the rules, filled all necessary papers. They have also recommended to purchase extra insurance in case of any scratches and additional external damages and I would tell that better to get it and be on a safe site as the driving in Antalya is not an easy thing.
On our last day we dropped the car back to the office and one the Team member dropped me and my mom to the airport.

I have not got the car yet, since my reservation is on the 7th of july. But my first impression of their services are very good. I saw on their website that the car got cheaper, from 320 to 300 euros, and I asked if it was possible to change the price. And he said he will do that for us at pick-up. So very good service until now!
