Perfect service, work 24/7, easy to rent, easy to drop off any time of day. All defects were photographed before rental and emailed. The staff has excellent communication skills in English. Answered all questions by phone, Whatsapp and email.

I had an excellent experience with this rental car company. The workers at the counter were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. The quality of the car I rented was top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my trip. I highly recommend this rental car company for their outstanding customer service and high-quality vehicles.

Absolutely fine. I booked via the web as it was a good price. Enterprise have a terminal at the airport which is what I wanted as fed up off airport rental companies not turning up on time. I exchanged some email questions with the office which were all answered quickly. The car was ready even though we arrived a little early and after the usual paperwork we drove off. The car was almost new with only 3500km on it and despite being a compact it still went up the Turkish mountains well and also had good fuel consumption. Return was very straightforward with no messing. I would use again

Now hearing lots of stuff about how complicated it may get with car rentals in Antalya, it has been couple of times I am renting from this Enterprise office and have always been super happy with the service.

Cars I got were always close to brand new vehicles with low mileage and most importantly, the staff are super helpful from beginning to the end. Will definitely come back again some time and once again, thanks to Bayram for being super nice even-though I brought the car back at 5 in the morning

I have been to this car rental agency couple of months ago and wanted to say you should for sure consider them if you're looking to rent a car in Antalya . The staff are extremely friendly and the car was not bad at all. I went with the Toyota Corolla Hybrid and it was a good car overall . Make sure to purchase their insurance package however it would cost you around 200 TL at the time of this review and it would give you that peace of mind .

I would like to thank Mr Gurkan for a smooth process! We originally thought we had issues with the car we hired and upon coming back to the rental pick up area, our concerns were immediately eased. A replacement car was organised. Thank you for the great customer service, we really appreciate it!

Very exceptional service and car quality...

1.Got the car within 20 minutes (Europcar and Avec were very bad on this)

2. Prices are compatible - Cheaper than Europcar, costlier than Avec but Avec service is pathetic... please don't rely on them and they have 3 hrs prior booking condition

3. They take upfront deposit 3000 Lira and you will get refund in your bank account after 5 days of end of your ride

4. Can drop car at different locations...we dropped in Dalaman...

5. Easy car drop...10 minutes

6. Car quality was amazing, took Hyundai Bayon it was 1000 Lira per day ...

Our rental experience was 100% positive! They were professional and courteous with competitive prices.

We booked the car the day earlier and checked in online, as requested. As we showed up, the agents greeted us and gave us water as we waited the next available counter. Emre was courteous as he took my documents to process the rental. He offered an upgrade to a diesel (I had selectes a petrol model), which I was grateful for. He and his colleague, Mehmet, explained the limitations of the international insurance I had for the car, which was informative!

They brought the car to the rental office and we inspected it together. The agent showed the spare tire and pointed out where there was minor damage and scratches. He then took pictures of the damaged area for the record. The inside of the car was spotless! They also set the display to English for us. We were very pleased with the car they provided us.

Also, Emre called me on later that day to verify that everything on the car worked well and if I had any questions. I was pleasantly surprised at their level of support. I would rent from this office again if I need another rental. 👍👍

Pros- Nice polite people at service , very helpful and speedy , it took five minutes to reserve ..fill the forms and receive the car since i got there.. the car is clean and as requested ..
cons - the office is outside the terminal you need to cross the road , as the office inside the terminal is closed as you see in picture .. they need to put a paper there to inform people to go to the right place ..

Ismail was fantastic in making my return seamless. Also Onur helped us. I was just in out and the whole process took less than 3 minutes.
