Kekova Tekne Turu-Halil Kaptan-Kekova Private Boat Tour

We had a private family tour with 3 kids in August. Excellence is the right word for what we have experienced. From the moment of getting in contact for making the reservation until their further advices at the beginning and at the end of the tour we experienced customer service to the fullest.
Captain Halil and his wife deserve special thanks for how they have responded to our request for vegan food in addition.
As a conclusion we can say that the hosts, the tour and the food were exceptionally good.

A great day on the water! This was a highlight of our two week trip. This is a family run business and feels like it (in a good way). It was well run, and we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. We had a wonderful lunch. We were never rushed and enjoyed the beautiful waters. Our hosts were wonderful! 100% recommend this trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful trip on a big boat with a responsible captain. I got a response from the captain on WhatsApp within 10 minutes after I wrote a message, it was very easy to agree on the time and price. Halil met us at the car park and accompanied to the boat, which is big and safe, It was lovely to have tea around a nice wooden table served by Halil in a lovely bay where we could have a swim. I recommend Halil and his boat.

We had an all day boat tour with this delightful couple through Intrepid Travel. We were 9 in total and totally comfortable. They served us a gorgeous lunch and took us to a few gorgeous coves to swim in. Best day ever!

Very beautiful experience with Halil and his wife. Very authentic and clean boat, delicious lunch, we enjoyed all mezzes and fish, beautiful family that was super kind and flexible during our trip. The area that we visited is really nice. We clearly see that Halil and his wife enjoy what they do and they do everything with an open heart, we enjoyed this beautiful experience.

We had a great time. Very responsive. Captain was speaking good English. We took a 1.5 hour private tour and they showed us all important places. Would suggest to use this service to anyone who wants a private tour with friends/family.

The water was amazing and jumping off the boat was great fun, lunch was served fresh off a bbq on the back and the whole day was great value and good fun too :)

Halil Kaptan and his wife hosted me and my two friends in May 2022 and we had an amazing time. The experience was literally flawless from the first moment I spoke with him on the phone until the completion of our 3-hour tour (which they kindly extended to almost 4 hours). They are not only kind but also very knowledgeable about the history of the region in general and the sunken city in particular. Throughout the tour we were offered tea, coffee and other refreshments and all of our requests were accommodated. Highly recommend visiting Kekova and if you do make sure to go on a boat ride with Halil Kaptan as the best swimming spots are not accessible any other way!

The most amazing time I’ve spent in turkey has been on this boat and this area. The owner and his wife are the most amazing and kind people. They took care of us and made sure we had tea snacks and anything else we needed. We got an amazing tour of the area and the ruins along with 3 different stops for us to swim in the beautiful clear waters. The boat is massive and very clean and I highly recommend anyone going to book with them. Best money I’ve spent!!!! We as 5 couple with 1 child spend a day in his boat yesterday, was a private tour for our group.

Almost everything about the hospitality, hygiene, food, experience was brillant!The captain was literally one man army.

I did a four-hour tour at the end of July. The captain accommodated our requests perfectly. It was a no-meal tour, but he did offer us some fruit. At the end of the tour he extended the time and let the kids swim in a quiet place. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering a boat tour.

What a magnificient area & friendly guidance on the boat. Captain Halil explained everything about the Roman & Lycian times very well. Even our young kids were interested. As a family the day at the boat was a highlight of our holiday; interesting & relaxing while enjoying nature!
