Palan Otel

We (two adults, two toddlers and one 1.5 years old baby) enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very friendly, made several surprises to our children, free of charge. Meal three times a day where everyone can find delicious food for themselves, plus various snacks and drinks during the day.
Overall we had a great time and would like to thank Palan Otel staff for there attention and warmth.

Me and my friend had a fantastic stay at Palan Hotel! We truly enjoyed our time there. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful; they extended a warm welcome to us. A special shout-out to the woman at the hotel registration bar who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The hotel is conveniently close to the ski lifts, and if you prefer not to walk, they provide a free shuttle service all day.

While the room was spotlessly clean, I must mention that the overall ambiance could use a bit of a refresh. Perhaps some renovations or an upgrade to a more stylish look could enhance the experience.

Despite that minor note, everything else was exceptional! Thanks a bunch! 🌟🏨

Very nice place, good location for skiing, personel really great with kids, especially Recep, Selçuk bey and Mariia from reception ! :)

Nice hotel and staff. I've had full board, and the food was very tasty. Staff mostly tried to help and resolve all the issues. Ski lifts 200 meters away; there was also a shuttle every 15 minutes.
Personal speaks English, Russian, and Turkish as minimum.
Overall: I did not regret that I payed little bit more for this level of comfort and service.
Will surely stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 days, as soon as we arrived we got greeted by the bell boy Recep and i cannot give him enough praise nothing was to much for him and he always had a smile on his face, he made our stay here that extra bit special!
The food in the restaurant was lovely but not a very wide variety for the price.
All the reception staff always had a smile on there face

My friends and I had an EXCELLENT stay at the Palan Hotel. The entire staff, especially Umut at the front desk, were fantastic. This hotel has everything you need for a ski vacation. Amazing and LOTS of food, breakfast and dinners were wonderful. A great spa with a sauna and hamam, and massages. And a ski/snowboard rental IN THE HOTEL - with experienced and professional staff to make sure you have all you need on the mountain. COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE MORE! Go, stay, and enjoy!

We stayed at the Palan Hotel and had a great time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to Tuba at the lobby bar who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The babysitting service is an amazing benefit of staying in this hotel. The ladies were amazing with our baby, Efil and Adele.

The room we stayed in was great (Suite) once we moved from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. I would recommend mentioning during booking that you would like a non-smoking room if you are not smokers otherwise you will probably be in a smoky room.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the ski lifts but they also offer a free shuttle service all day if you don’t want to walk in your boots!

Ski lessons are quite expensive (the same price all over Palandoken) but our instructor Faik in particular was brilliant and spoke amazing English. I would definitely recommend him.

We had a wonderful time at Palan Hotel for skiing. Through all levels and branches of the hotel, being a large family, we felt very warm hosted. The whole staff took care of our wishes and needs. Great ski instructors, creative arranged local meals and welcoming service all day long. Great hospitality during the complete stay. This holiday was amazing and we promise to come back again. Thank you Palan Hotel Staff, for giving us a very enjoyable time in lovely Erzurum.

Cozy place and welcoming staff. It’s economic 4 star hotel that I highly recommend it. The only disadvantage of hotel is absence of jacuzzi. The hotel has shuttle to all of the ski resorts of Palandoken and you just need to make a phone call to hotel for coming back. The hotel is ski to door and you can ski to Polat Ski resort. The hotel has all in service that I highly recommend it. The meal is decent and there is delicious wrap you must never miss it.

We stayed 4 days. It was super clean, the staff were super helpful and best of all the snow and the ski-run was super comfortable. It was not crowded like many European ski resorts. Hotel located Close to ski slopes as well with shuttle service all through the day.

Absolutely love this place. 300 Lira for a double bed (summer time). Great staff, Gym, Sauna, Pool, Turkish Bath.
