Прилетели в Стамбул на 5 дней, пошли сразу искать отель. Понимали что в хорошем месте ценик будет высокий, но качество номеров и "гостеприимства" не соответствовало в 8 просмотренных отелях. Случайно зашли в Sis Hotel, скромный менеджер приятно встретил, показал номер.
Короче всё на высшем уровне, большая благодарность, МОЙ РЕКОМЕНДОСЬОН... ОТЕЛьНОЕ СПАСИБО Хусейну, администратору.

Un hotel nou deschis care merita din toate punctele de vedere. Noi am stat doar o noapte, dar cu siguranta vom reveni. Personalul exceptional, foarte atent la nevoile clientilor. Loc de parcare in fata hotelului disponibil fara plata.

Avoid this hotel!! So I booked this hotel as it was newly renovated and in a great location. Before arrival, I had notice the hotel removed all their info from booking sites, I contacted them of which I spoke to Hoosain whom confirm my booking is still there. Upon arrival Hoosain advise he would like myself to cancel my own booking as he has no rooms available anymore. I traveled 14Hours and very far. After being very frustrated and refusing to accept my booking to be cancelled upon arrival, and after many lies from Hoosain and his colleagues advising there are still renovations being done or the fire team is coming the next day, his Manager is sick at home unavailable for me to speak to him, eventually they were left with no choice to give us a room for the night. The rooms weren't being renovated and other guests were still staying in the hotel, I experienced a swimming pool in the bathroom after a quick shower, rude and miserable attitudes from their staff such as the one staff member Saeed said he is just a worker, I mustn't get angry at him as he failed to provide any friendly service, also there is no furniture in the rooms luggage must be put on the floor. The next morning for breakfast we were served x1 plated meal with a few olives, x1 hard boiled egg and bread out of a shopping bag. No coffee, no juice and no water. We also wanted to know how much we would be paying if we were to stay our 11nights, they then gave us a price more then what was quoted on my original booking confirmation. I highly suggest all tourist to avoid booking at this hotel to avoid disappointment. The hotel is very noisy as whenever ever a guest is to walk up and down the metal stairs, you would hear awful banging sounds throughout the day. Only positive part of the hotel is not even the hotel, it's that the metro is nearby and the shops around the area is great but SIS Hotel is nothing to be amazed about. Don't even consider staying here for 1 night, we left for another hotel the very next day.
