It is one of the businesses where you will rarely find friendly staff, in the middle of the city center and very close to everywhere in terms of transportation. It would definitely be given 10/10.

I want to thank cihat varol he is friendly helpful professional, & speak English very well; my baggage lost in airport he called them almost for 2 hours and got my bags at the hotel! Thank you cihat varol & and the guy at front desk enes ceten, nice & helpful thank you. Nice hotel in Istanbul 💯%.

Rooms are very clean and we'll arranged , the location of the hotel is easly accessible by car, hotel hotel attendants are really welcoming , they have high skill and professionalism

Great stay and excellent staff. Mr. Kaan and Mr. Enes were very courteous and professional when I was checking in. I felt very valued as a customer. Very clean room with excellent amenities. The staff at Tryp by Wyndham Istanbul Topkapi have been amazing during my whole stay.

I was greeted by a friendly Elif, who was very accommodating and helpful while checking into my room.

The hotel was modern, clean, and all the staff were friendly.

Ali, the bar captain, was always there to greet me and happy to help me with with whatever I needed.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and mostly Mediterranean.

Tryp by Wyndham Istanbul Topkapi they have the best staff ever. Samad, Ozér, Elif and other boys in the restaurant.

Excellent hotel, totally loved it. Smells fresh staff friendly closer to grand bazar nearby restaurants . The ambience in the room is amazing staff very helpful. I would recommend to My Turkish friends as well as International travellers. good value for money A++++++

Everyone was very nice professional and attentive to all 45 of us on the tour. Very serviceable staff, especially Enes! GREAT customer service and very proactive on making sure everyone was comfortable. Even gave great recommendations for restaurants. Super cool guy and a great team meme er for the hotel.

I just love this hotel situated away from the busy city so you get that local community feel . It's short walking distance to be on the T1 tram service to the Sultan Alhmet stop; the capital city hotspot. Comfortable, clean pleasant rooms, Young staff energised hospitable staff

Ok we stayed for 4 days ... everything was good personel was awesome and all time ready to help you ... rooms were clear and comfortable

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Thank you, guys from reception who advised me the room on the 8th floor with such great view. The room was really perfect. All staff is very polite, friendly and always ready to help.

This was an awesome hotel. Most of the luxuries in this hotel was not open due to COVID but it was still a great clean place to stay. Stayed here in July 2020 and Oct 2020 both times the was lovely. Walking distances from restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was AMAZING and ACCOMMODATING.
