Very affordable place decent quality if you don't want to spend too much, and Emin was the sweetest person ever he made my experience amazing

The dinner was delicious, and the bed sheets were always clean. I had a great time staying here with all the amenities.

I had my first experience with this hotel with a group. They offered us good group price, and gave us a meeting room and one guide room to use for free. It was a good deal. The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly, especially one of the sales manager Layla, who speaks English well and diligently replied us even on her day off. She always made sure we had everything we needed. The staffs even went out and bought the cables we needed for presentation. I read some comments about staffs not being able to speak English, maybe it was in the past, but right now they're hiring English speaking staffs with good manners and helpful. This hotel is not like a high end big brand hotel with lots of features, but the staffs made it a worthwhile stay. We hope to come back again. 😊

Here are some useful details you might want to know. The meeting room was underground -3 floor, next to their breakfast hall. So right after breakfast we met next door. There's no phone signal so someone needs to go up to ground level in order to communicate with outside via phone when needed. That wasn't a big issue because they provide wifi in the entire hotel. We just need to be aware when we're underground. Our only concern was because the wall between the meeting room and cafeteria was so thin with a flimsy door, we felt like our group was disturbing other customers. And sometimes when cafeteria was noisy we heard the noise too. I hope they install soundproof materials and add a sturdy door in the future. (Or simply replace the door with a soundproof wall because there's another door) The room didn't feel stuffy even though it was underground.

The rooms had no problem, pretty standard. Water, AC, lights, everything work fine as they should. 👍

Please note about the location of this hotel. If you come with a group it's better to plan ahead for transportation, perhaps for private shuttle or taxi, because the metro, tramvay, bus stations are all 15min walk away. It's not far, but not near either. My group didn't mind the walk. The hotel is slightly elevated so from everywhere you walk is an uphill walk. And because of the wholesale shops in the area, on weekday business hours, the road is filled with trucks and vans so you'll need to walk a little bit to the main road to catch a taxi.

There're also a very limited choice of restaurants nearby, so you'll need to order delivery or buy from the hotel. Our group went outside for sightseeing most of the time so food wasn't a big problem for us.

Overall it was a decent experience at a decent price. Recommended 👍👍

A luxurious, quiet and very comfortable hotel, very excellent in its privileged location, close to services, and let's not forget that very tasty food is five stars👌👌
