Front desk was friendly great service. Old man from housekeeping was so nice I don’t remember his name but I guess he does 3-11 pm shift before he goes home he make sure he has done his job what ever we asked him to do. Over all excellent service will come back again.

Hotel is so good. Manager Ozgur is really good man and he is very kind. I like this hotel I come back again for Ozgur thanks Ozgur

Perfect hotel. Close to the tram and accessible to everywhere around İstanbul. Hotel was beautiful and staffs were super friendly and helpful. Cihan and Alper especially from the reception were exceptional in their hospitality and services.

I have stayed here for a week and i can say the experience was beyond Amazing.
Starting with the front desk team since arrival, to cleaning crew, chefs and everyone else.
A special thanks to Ozur and his team which were incredible from day one.They facilities in the hotel are also great,the gym is a plus,sauna and pool.

Luxury Hotel with excellent service that exceeded our expectations. A very hot welcome with great hospitality that made us forget the tiredness of the trip. We arrived early and the staff offer us a free drink and lunch until our presedendial Suite becomes ready. All the staff was amazing and special thanks to Nazli who she helped us very much during our stay. I choose to extend my stay in Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Istanbul Merter.

Ramada Hotel is good I stayed there for one week I had no problem with anything. Room was clean and service/ lobby/breakfast /restaurant/gym/pool and SPA were very nice. Special thanks for Filiz and Ozgar .

First time in Ramada hotel , it’s beautiful and clean. I can’t recommend enough everything and everyone were too good especially chef Yunus and chef Erkan they were professionals .

My name is Ahmed Sobhy it my first time coming to Turkey I really liked this city and I stayed at hotel Ramada I really liked it. Service is good, food is good hygiene is good. I really liked the way Esma, Berra and Yusuf treated me. In the future I would like to stay in here again.

It is near T1 tramvay to go to Kabatas or bagcilar

There is large mall nearby with doviz for exchange

A few days ago we returned from our holiday and we would like to express our gratitude to the whole team at Ramada hotel. They were all very polite, radiant and made us feel at home. It was one of our best vacations and we would rest here again in the future. Many thanks to Asma, Berra, Jokhan( the army guy ) and Caner for their wonderful attitude towards us.

I have had a great experience as a whole and Yusuf was extremely helpful and went the extra mile all the time. He gave a very impressive service at the bar as well as room service.

The hotel experience is great, on the European side of Istanbul, good location easy to take cabs, a mall and banks within walking distance. Also they have a restaurant and a Starbucks on site.
I ate there a few times, the waiter his name is Dogukam from the restaurant provided excellent services. Overall staffs were also friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you're visiting Istanbul on a business trip.

I stayed @ this Ramada for a total of 3 days & 3 nights.

1. The entire hotel was always kept nice & neat clean. Exceeded my expectations.

2. Whenever I needed any assistance I always received prompt & stellar service.

3. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast Chef Younous served a good variety.

4. Great location across the street from the mall & surrounding downtown shops.

5. I would definitely recommend this Ramada to anyone headed to Istanbul.

The place is budget friendly since its located in the epicentre of factories and other retail outlets. Hence one gets a good value for money. In terms of services, they host weddings in an exceptional way. Must love this place.

Staff very nice mustafa on the Starbucks counter and all the staff are helpful, they've help us book excursions etc
