Han Hotel exceeded all my expectations with their exceptional understanding and kindness. When I faced an unexpected situation that led to the need to cancel my reservation, their team handled it with utmost care and empathy.

Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in the way they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, I felt valued as a guest and appreciated their genuine concern.

Very Comfortable Hotel. It should be 5 Starts. Close to the StartCity Shopping Centre. The staffs and housekeeping are extremely professional. A light and delicious Breakfast is included every morning. The price is affordable and best price you can get to stay in Istanbul, close to bus stop, and the airport.

I would come again to this Hotel if I come to Istanbul next time. ✨✨✨✨✨

The hotel staff are very cute and respectful, they speak English and Turkish while I neved tested them in Arabic, the place of hotel at all is very very quiet and the hotel itself is clean as well as the room is wide and comfortable.
There is a terrace and many lights, bright and slightly faint. More imortantly .. it's cheap compared to others and to its services itself.
If I lived and became in need to reserve in the future, absoluetly I'd come back here again.

Really very nice, the Bulgarian Turkish girl very nice and the guys both guys in day shift very helpful. Fantastic hotel, just need to get some nice breakfast, breakfast is below average, should be done better, omelettes or chicken sandwich if served would be very nice, without charge, rather than boiled egg everyday

Convenient to Ataturk Airport. Decent size, well decorated and furnished single rooms. There's a socket over the bed but, strangely, no light switch, you have to get to the toilet in the dark. Very clean. Friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. Basic, cheap, but decent restaurant - typical cost TL20. Several ATM's within walking distance.

The value for the buck
Is amazing. The staff are awesome and super helpful. Its located perfectly. Shopping centres, restaurants and much more. Regular thorough and deep room cleaning routines.

I had a residence of two complete weeks in there ; had been a hostel upgraded to a 2-star hotel about 3 years ago , as the staff told me . 4 floored with 2 basements , wide & enough space for lobbies & stairs , very well & cute furnished with turkish & modern visual elements , somehow like a Gallery !👌clean and comfortable through an everyday proper housekeeping . The main point about Han Ho(s)tel in my point of view is "English Speaking" clerk who was there , so kind & helpful all the time i refer to her and this is not a little feature in Turkish hotels 🙂 other the staff were also kind and working hard , nice people . The breakfast was ontime but same plate everyday , just little alternates but enough and energic and free çay ☕ but during the day you should take tea or coffee by TL💰😉 Air Conditioning worked proper but TV had only six or seven turkish channels ; very functional laundry and a nice reading room ; also a Gym & fitness area which was accessible all the day . The only sad point in there as i think was not having a water heater to make tea or coffee in your own room . At the end i suggest it to all the istanbul Business Visitors and Youth. I like this hotel I stay for 7days in this han hotel services are good and time to time room cleaning and specially I will miss breakfast 😢 I recommend everyone to book this hotel

I booked Han Hotel for a night, but I was very happy for everything. Then I booked again for my last day at istanbul! Don't waste money and time! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to high standard!

Great price, a cab will be around just 15-20 Turkish liras/=~7usd from the airport (just make sure they use the taximeter)
Very good place to stay near the airport! Nice and beautiful decoration, rooms are very neat and clean as well!

I like it! Low price, easy to book online. 5 minutes from airport. Clean. My room had a/c. Beyond that, the special kinds of stones and rocks are beautifully displayed throughout the building in very creative ways.

I stayed here for 9 days. The price was right. A little far from the tourist locations. If you figure out the transit it fine. The breakfast is a little boring. But for 1 or 2 days ok.

A well situated hotel in the center of Istanbul. Basic but very comfortable at an unbelievable price.

Clean rooms, friendly service, fair prices, local to the airport etc. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and felt very comfortable. Would recommend it to everyone!
