WHITE PALACE HOTEL

I stayed here on 25 November 2023 in Room 504. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and cheerful hotel to stay in Fatih… all of the staff members from the front desk, kitchen staff, and cleaner they were all super friendly to me. My stay was for one night but I wish I stayed longer. Thank you white palace hotel for your excellent service

Wonderful hotel to stay in! I am from the US and can say that this hotel is better than a lot of the hotels back home! Newly renovated and everything you could need is a couple steps away, as this place is ideally located near many local shops. My room was very clean, well kept, and well decorated. My bathroom was also very clean and modern. Ali, a gentleman who works at the front desk, was so nice and went above and beyond in assisting me in all my needs as well as answering any questions I had. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again!

Hospitality is remarkable, cleanliness is excellent. Kitchen is not available however the market is nearby to get almond all kind of food at reasonable price. Mr. Yousaf was very helpful is all aspects. Perfect place to stay at Istanbul.

Very good location close to metro/subway station and modern hospitals stuff in hotel are multi lingual russian,English and others very easy to understand and very polite also it is clean but rooms are a little bit old and need some maintenance like tv remote control had missing cover of the battery and shower was not spraying perfectly straight apart from that all perfect. Very safe area a lot of police everywhere even late night everywhere cameras a lot of shops and restaurants nearby parking is free everywhere.

I am staying in this hotel for a week know, I can say that I am satisfied about staff which is most attractive thing in this hotel. All in all, the hotel is great value for money. However, the room needs a lot to get to the standard. What makes me disappointed is no clothing closets neither hanger. An other thing the heating is so high we could not stay while window closed. But room is very clean and cozy. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are very nice and friendly. Located in very a very nice area where a plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. I would recommend having breakfast indoor.

Really good hotel for its price.
My friend and I needed to spend one night between flights and we were looking for non expensive hotel nearby the airport. White Palace Hotel has perfect location for it: it's just two stops by Metro from the Airport and three minutes from metro station walking. Rooms are quite clean and there were all you need: hair dryer; kettle with instant coffee, tea and sugar; three bottles of pure water, and little fridge.
I will definitely recommend it as a place to have a sleep instead of staying in noisy airport.

Stayed for 3 nights with my friend and we had unusual experience which is i forgot my passport before my flight ✈ but came back to the reception office there was a very nice and helpful guy “Aly“ helped me and brought it back to me i would thank him personally and hope all the best for him and for the hotel

Nice, clean, friendly staff, in a live neighborhood. groceries, restaurants, and ATM are withen 100 yards. 5 to 10 minutes drive to Ataturk airport (depend on traffic). No airport shuttle; however a taxi to the airport shouldn' cost more than $10 US dollars. Two queen size bed, one of which in a private room. Clean and nice rest room witb shower. Cold and hot water with very good pressure. Safe, cabimet, and shelves. Two TV's

Really nice and Mr Yusuf, the host was really cooperative and kind. It was clean, spacious and good housekeeping.

I gotta say i was impressed with the quality of rooms and services. Even though it is a budget hotel the rooms are nice and bathrooms are pretty generous size with proper toiletries and towels. Around here you can find good food for reasonable price. There is also a grocery store around the corner

Mehmet is such a nice and impressive person. Good place in istanbul for family. Breakfast in morning, tea, coffee and drinking water 24 hours free. Abbas is also cooperative personality. For spending time the perfect place is lobby for everyone all the time, morning to evening even at night. Recommended.....
