Exceptional staff, clean rooms, and an amazing breakfast. I received more than I paid for and expected. These people deserve everyone to know - the hotel and the service are at a high level.

Liked this hotel alto, for the money great not bad at all breakfast included in room price. Great clean big room and bathroom also fan air conditioning for hot summer times. Big bed clean too also TV & Desk and windows open for air outside. Light was broken in bathroom was fixed in time slow response fixed in waited 3 to 4 hours waiting for man to do that. nice breakfast area & food too eat in. Worth going again if in turkey I would and recommended it to you A rating. Pretty new place couple years old only. Recommend yes this hotel. Take trams from airport to this hotel nearby international airport too a plus + A

Location had shopping, restaurants and pharmacy nearby with public transport. Hotel was clean, nice lounge area to relax in and good air-condition in the rooms. The reception staff (Ahmet and all his colleagues) were friendly and very helpful with any general queries about the area.

Loved my stay and even came back, lovely staff especially at reception, good breakfast and nice atmosphere, cleannnnn
Only slight problem is some noise on the street sometimes can be heard at night

I was very pleased with my stay at Niconya Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and very assisting. Tayfun, Sartag, & the younger gentlemen (who brought me breakfast) were very hospitable and welcoming as they provided with me a brilliant accommodation and wonderful service. I will definitely refer my relatives and friends and one day hope to return soon.

What a wonderful Hotel, Staff, Service, Price....etc, The Breakfast was Delicious either you're Vegetarian or not there is alot of options for you, most the Staff can speak English or understand what you looking for, The Rooms was Perfect and Clean and Modern and alot of Restaurant near by like Burger King or Authentic Turkish Food, Markets are less then minute from the Hotel, Cloths Shops Everywhere.

If there is one down side is the Workshop Auto Repair in front the Hotel but no Worries The Area is under 24-hour surveillance

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel, hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You definitely get the value for the price you are paying. Highly recommend!

Hotel rooms are very clean and staff is very helpful. But only issue is with Break fast, which is not so good enough but maybe for here it is traditional.

Nice hotel and near the airport when you arrive late. The hotel workers were very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel if you have a layover in istanbul. 5 stars for the extremely friendly and helpful staff.
