Simply they are amazaing and the reception team and the gest realation manager they are all adorable...this people really knows what is the meaning of hospitality that i seriously didn't see for long time....i love it and i am Sure i will repeat the visit again but for longer days..

Stayed 6 wonderful nights here with my family. Hesitant at first due to some disgruntled customer reviews. Decided to stay here anyway, and I gotta say I’m glad we did. Let’s start with the hotel itself, an actual 5 star facility not just some fancy slogan. The cleanliness is top notch, and the rooms were super clean. The staff needles to say run a tight shift and we’re helpful all through out our stay. Very welcoming and always smiling may I add. The food was delicious, and fresh at all times. The swimming and spa facilities were squeaky clean, and the vip jacuzzi rooms are well worth the fee. The gyms have all the necessary equipment to get a good workout, and the terraces were my favorite part. Would definitely recommend.

The best hotel in Sapanca far on, i experienced all Sapanca 5* hotels and this was in one word "The Best"
- Location the best, center location and have a very nice view of Sapanca lake and surroundings.
- Super professional staff, they make you feel very precious like you are the only guest in the hotel, very humble with always smiley face. Fast actions they are taking always when you request anything.
- Very nice rooms, room which i stayed is 40 sqm Sapanca lake view with Jacuzzi, super room i recommend it hardly room number was 317.
- Breakfast, tea time and dinner was amazing , service - variety of food - everything.....
- Last and not least the outer spaces and Private cabins are outrageous you can enjoy your nonalcoholic cocktail with your shisha all night long without feeling the time pass.

A very nice location, so quite and peaceful. Greate views on the lake.
Room decoation is very nice, bed is very comfortable room space is a bit small for two twins bed.

Food is great we had dinner and breakfast, and restaurant service was amazing very friendly, polite and supportive staff.

Honestly one of the best hotels i stayed in during my past visits to Turkey. Definitely i would recommend this hotel.

It is a nice hotel, we stayed there for new years, the breakfast buffet was wonderful to be honest, and they gave us an a la carte dinner with roses at midnight as we asked. They have a hookah lounge with a band which played at night yesterday, the hookah was probably my favorite thing about the day 🤭 overall it was lovely!

this hotel is fascinating and excellent. we like everything during our stay. the staff are so helpful, kind, and so disciplined. the hotel is in charming natural site, with a view on the lake and mountains... food is just unique, and the hotel management is so generous. I thank Mr. Talha, saliniya... don't remember the names sorry for that.

I came back to Cabir deluxe as last year we had a good time. Unfortunately service went very downhill this time. We got waiters talking behind our backs and ripping us off for taxis. 2000 TL for a 10 min drive which we got for 170TL by a local taxi. I don’t recommend for foreigners as they don’t seem to like us. Amenities were good but the service put us off

I loved the hotel. Staffs were very friendly, attentive, soft spoken, sweet and kind. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy; everything that was needed was available.Well everything was my favorite but My most favorite parts were that swimming pool for ladies and men were separate. And as i said: the staff. I recommend this hotel. And looking forward to come again :)

Amazing hotel, beautiful view and surroundings! This is what you called 5 star! The staff are absolutely keen to help and serve, rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast and dinner exceptional. Arif and Selenay are very helpful. Would recommend over and over again!

Actually i didn't see any hotels like this hotel. First best thing and important thing for every one rooms, the rooms are so grateful. The second thing is food, you can take any food you want (open buffet) and the food so delicious and healthy also you can find the great sweet too. Finally, the room service are too helpful.

We had a great 2 night stay. The staff are very helpful and are happy yo attend to all your requests. The view is amazing and the food is delicious. The hotel is very modern and luxurious and the food and restaurant is amazing with amazing views to the lake.

It is a very good family hotel with good size SPA. SPA area is 2 sections, only men's and only women's area. Garden is beautiful especially in spring time. Outdoor Cinema with wood fire and beverage service was awesome experience. Personel is very helpful and friendly.

Such a wonderful time I had during my stay at Cabir Deluxe. The deluxe superior room is decorated with a taste, with clean fresh items, luxury toileteries and a jacuzzi! The restaurant is at the top of the hotel with a beautiful lake view. All over food was tasty and plenty, with great staff on board! Try some filter coffee at the cafe -it's up to the standard you can get from a chain coffee shop. Spa facilities are also great with a vast swimming pool at 1.60 cm depth, and the stone massage is highly recommended - Sukhran hanım has magic hands!! And one final most important remark - I am grateful to the management team for all the reasonable covid and personal health measures that were put in place. Thank you Abdussamed bey and the staff for a delightful stay! TC

Cabir Deluxe is a gem waiting to be found, we have stayed 5 nights in the place. Excellent service, fascinating design and great staff. Especially we enjoyed the spa which was very clean and welcoming. I would definetely come back to stay here, highly recommended!

One of best hotels I have seen in Turkey , staff is amazing and very respectful , food is very very delicious , Rooms are very clean and again the stuff there is very helpful very good ppl I want to thank all of them . Note: best hotel for families.
