This kitesurfing spot is very nice and impressive in terms of great number of kitesurfing schools, good winds for beginners and pro from May till October-November, but the number of students is pretty high too, that makes learning process for beginners a bit extreme :)
It is also good that there is shallow water about 100-200 meters away from the shore, but on the other hand it is created by the river going into the sea, thus the water color is not as azure as one can expect.
The excess to the beach is payable, it is rather accessible, but still in a very limited way, cause there is no direct excess to the beach by the wheelchair, only by the sand, which might be complicated, even though still possible. There are accessible wc though.

Beautiful beach with lots of seats and cafes. You can walk towards to the bush and there's ladder sea access from the rocks right next to the bush which you don't have to pay for seats however you either put your towel down to sit or need to take your own chair. Water is pretty cold but you can get hot waves at the same time due to current. One of the nicest place I ever been

If you're looking for nature scape this is the best place you can visit in turkey aside from Çanakkale which has its beauty but akyaka has its own beauty that you will love it for sure. Everything is here that every tourist are looking for. You will have fun and I garauntee you that. 😉

Remarkable architecture with wooden ceilings and windows, and the wide coast with a forest camp behind, and the river reaching the sea at the very bay. Been there only for a couple of hours

Color of water is amazing, so cold you can stay in it for just a few minutes. Great places to dine in

its amazing.I didnt like boat tour because of its commercial purpose, no need! Public beach big enough and not expensive.Im local tourist and highly recommend foreign tourist to visit West Cafe&bistro which is by the Azmak river.

The best off season beach. In July too crowded for me.

Clearest river i have ever seen. Highly reccomended to see the river by boat trip.

Very very very well organized. Fantastic environment and fancy beach. Do not forget to have a azmak river tours (short one) and do not miss the aquarum in the river. Many nice restaurants around along the river for tasty and relaxing dines. For those who just want to relax there are plenty of mountain site small hotels. Peace...

This is a beautiful place and very popular. It has a good beach with a sheltered bay into the Agean sea. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from and a local speciality of battered white fish pieces in a sandwich. Local craft stalls are at the side of the jetties and a few restaurants that have dining areas over the river.
Worth a visit, a small charge for car parking off the street.

Lovely beach with lots of Turkish tourists. It does get busy, during the summer. Best to get there early.

Very nice little town , I loved all the colors at night. The water side restaurants at night lit up with beautiful colors. The hotel we stayed at Akyaka Viya was very nice with a pool.

Beautiful place, water is very clean, not deep.

The beach is nice,calm and peaceful but a bit busy on seasons. It's completly sandy and it's shallow
for many meters. You can swim 12 months i think. It's warm even in December. The nature is great with a nice mountain view. It's very hot in july and august,i recommend you to visit in april to may or september to november.
Beside this,there is a clean cool river left side of the beach if u prefer to swim.
