I came 15 minutes before opening and was fifth in line. Entered the bank at 9, left at 10:05. Managers were super polite and nice, spoke english well, answered questions, helped to register in bank app. Thanks!

Çok memnunum kaldım. Kuyruk yoktu, ticari müşterilere ayrı katta hizmet veriliyor. Geniş ve ferah mekanda personel çözüm bulmak için gayretle çalışıyor. Garanti Bankası Altınkum Şubesi'nden sonra burası İsviçre Bankası gibi geldi.

We came at 9-00am. We took a ticket for a queue at 9-10. We’d been waiting till 12-30pm. More than three hours. Till their lunch break. Our ticket number hadn’t been appearing at the screen whole that period of time. They kicked us out from their branch. When I told them about waiting since branch opening and showed them our ticket, where the time of receiving had been written - 9-10am, the throw my ticket into me laughing and gigging…

Vakif is the worst in the world. Bye Turkey. You were really rude. We are happy to leave you.

750tl to open an account for foreigners with ikamet, ATMs are only in Turkish, despite the fact that they pose as a good bank for foreigners, the bank's application is very primitive and inconvenient in my opinion

Random selection of numbers. It seems that if you take a number not Turkish, you will sit for an hour to get cash

Worst place ever. Lines up to the sunset. Terrible staff.

Tek gişe çalışıyor oda yavaş çalışıyor diğer gişe görevlisi atmye bakmaya gitmiş bu kadar açlık sınırı olan bir ülkede ATM ye bakacak başka çalışan alınsın bence istihdama katkısı olur diğer gişe görevlisi 2 saattir sözde görünürde yok çünkü ATM ile ilgileniyor insanları kandırdıklarını sanıyorlar çok yazık
