Utopia World

The location of the hotel is very nice. It dominates the whole landscape. I stayed on the 6th floor and I share the view. The food is good, the breakfast is good. The sea did not go far. I was very satisfied.

Errol at reception was really helpful and the guest relations team with kitchen staff and chef made us very welcome with vegetarian food choices for our trip.

We have been visiting this hotel for more than 10 times. It is an exceptional hotel. It is not new. But it is unique.

First of all, extremely friendly staff. Starting from the Reception, guests are welcomed by a genuine smile, professional, friendly employees. Best service is provided by Front office manager Mr. Kurshat and his team. Our special appreciation and love goes to Erol, the Receptionist, who does not only follow guests’ expectations but exceeds all of them. He is perfect in handling any request. We like that Erol speaks perfect Russian, English communication is very easy. We are happy to see him every time we stay in the hotel.

Secondly, the hotel is located at the top of the mountain with the panoramic sea views. Amazing experience in the rooms with the sea view, Alanya, mountains, pools, etc. We recommend to upgrade your room reservation to the corner rooms of the main building in the hotel. Erol will be able to offer it to you upon arrival :)

Thirdly, cleanliness in the hotel, room, pools, restaurants is up to the standard. Special thanks to Housekeeping and Laundry staff. They do their best.

Fourthly, there are no technical problems in the room, everything is working. It is great.

Finally, thank you all Food and beverage employees, Kitchen who work hard to cook and serve food in the restaurants. You will never leave hungry :)

Our daughter (she is 9) enjoys Kids club and had her friends among the animation team. Always wants to spend a lot of time there.

We wish Utopia to have repeated guests. We enjoy being here. Looking forward to visiting this hotel again as soon as possible.

Pro's: The service is impeccable, well behaved and attentive. The drinks are quickly made, if a little rich in ice but effectively speaking bottomless so, it isnt a problem in general. Location wise it is dreamy, simply dreamy.

Con's: The bathtub doesn't have a solid foundation, seems to be rather soft and doesn't inspire confidence in its solidity. Besides that, the bathroom is incredibly warm, the ventilation hole doesn't have an actual fan so it's not greatly ventilated in general. This could just be this particular room, I believe that may just be the case.

TL;DR Everything is great, except for the bathroom ventilation and flimsy feeling bathtub. Maybe it is simply our room.

From the moment we first searched for this resort in Turkey on the internet, we were captivated by its magic. Our entire stay was simply extraordinary, an experience that we certainly won't forget anytime soon. Every service provided impressed us with its exceptional quality, and the diverse range of activities available within the resort ensured that boredom had no place in our vocabulary. With a light heart, we can confidently say that we will eagerly return to this Turkish paradise.

A very nice surprise ! Beautiful resort in the middle of nature , with a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea. Very very clean everywhere.very clean rooms ( even if not very new furniture but very decent and confortable). Mini bar replenished daily.The food was varied , meat was great.great seafood and vegetables . Sweet fruits . Lovely fast food at aquapark and nice restaurant at the beach. Services irreproachable, everybody trying to please you . Icecream of good quality , beverages the se. Everynight great entertainment. Very nice kids club with friendly faces. The beach is easily reachable by bus ( from the resort) , and lift. Great sea water, beautiful pools. The villas and the villa area and aquapark in the pine forest are an oasis of fresh air an tranquility. The kids and adults enjoyed the aquapark.
I couldn’t find something not to like at this resort. I would recommend to anyone .

I promised to leave my review on this hotel to a manager. Well, the hotel itself is great. No doubt. Clean. Employees are polite and responsive. Some of them don’t speak English, but that’s just fine, cause if I have questions I walk to the front desk. They have rooms and separate townhouses 🏠 they call it villas, anyway all of them are clean and well maintained. We lived in a main building with rooms. Pianist is playing everyday in the main hall. Makes evening a bit special with some classic vibes. Around 9-10pm everyday you get some show outside on the stage area with live music or DJ’s are playing or fire show or circus show and others. Some of them are really impressive to look at. All drinks(including alcohol), food, snacks bars are totally free. Nice beach area with everything you need including a snack bar as well. You can get drinks 🍹 there too. Aqua park is good. Everywhere cameras for your own safety. Hotel has a huge private area where you can walk around and enjoy the flowers, trees 🌲, the sea 🌊 cause hotel been built up the hill. Nice views. A bunch of swimming pools, spa, gym, buffet etc. Definitely recommend to try it out. The only thing was extremely bad, unprofessional and outdated are people who sell these Anex tours with a guide from 90-s if you wanna book a trip to Cappadocia, or book a boat tour, or lake tour etc. Please, be extremely careful with them. They would f4ck you over to make more money. Service is unpredictable. Don’t trust them. Always recheck information if you decide to deal with them. They may change airport and never tell you about it or a tour time or tour activities may be changed without informing you about it. I would stay away from it. I do you own private tour if you wanna go somewhere. Anyway hotel itself gets 5 stars from me. Would recommend it for a family vacation :)

Probably the best hotel, and best location in the area. Check in fast efficient and informative. Had car which took us to our villa room. Driver explained room layout and features. Staff very helpful and friendly, all willing to help and do all they can to make your stay comfortable. The guy who looks after the main pool is very friendly and helpful, he is always smiling and had a good morning for all. The food is excellent, varied, and the theme nights great. The bar staff are friendly as are the mobile waiters.
Downside to this hotel and possibly all hotels in the region are the touts who operate within the hotel trying to push Coats/furs and Jewellery on you and or trips to their factories are nothing but scammers selling poor quality products at supposedly good discounted prices. Tour reps are so on this scam so please think twice. Find the name of the company the check the reviews before committing to any trip.

This was my first time in a resort in Turkey. Best choice ever. Even if the water temperature in the sea was too cold for swimming( beginnig of April), the fabulous sights from the hotel room and all the dining rooms compensated it all. Very attentive, nice personnel. Highly recomened.

I love this hotel. We were in Utopia few years ago, but I still remember everything especially beautiful view from balcony. We stayed in 2 double rooms with excellent view of sea, road and swimming pool. Both rooms were neat, spacious and cleaned everyday. There was little fridge with beverages like water and fizzy drinks. Hotel service supplied fridge everyday. When it comes to food, I can’t say nothing wrong. There was buffet with so much incredibly delicious, fresh and well-seasoned food. Hotel service was friendly and helpful. Bartenders from each bars made a nice refreshing, colorful and yummy drinks. The hotel offers large, private beach with pier, plenty of deck chairs and bar with drinks and snacks. We were on the beach only once beacuse of too long distance from our hotel. That’s too bad. Anorher little minus for airport transfer which took 3,5 hours. However, we got compensation in the form of breathtaking views outside the window. Summing up, I love Utopia, it was a very enioyable staying.

Incredibly beautiful hotel-fortress on the mountain. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and were delighted: a large hotel room with a sea view, a full mini bar every day, a varied cuisine and an infinity pool with an endless view of the Mediterranean Sea and all of Alanya. We will definitely come back again if possible!

Very nice hotel. Beautiful views. Nice pools and water parks. All the rooms have a sea view. Perfect for a family vacation. The only cons - stairs it is everywhere, but in combination with delicious food, it may be not a con).

Fantastic, full of exciting places to play Acqua Park with long ponton river and few slides for the youngest and a little older opened till 16:30 with it's bar serving lunch too. Beautiful pier with possibility of jumping into the water serving all sea service option like motor boat, parachute, scooter easy to reach with every 15 minutes hotel bus or a special safe bridge over the road giving possibility of nice walk with beautiful views. Other five swimming pools with included separated places for youngest and over 16, fantastic entertainment team, delicious dishes will guarantee unforgettable holidays for all family.

Nice hotel, good food in restaurants. Entertainment team was very good and funny. The staff was very professional. Rooms were not perfectly clean but the other parts were.

Very friendly staff on all departments especially Baris from the entertainment staff who was very nice and helpful the entire week. Big minus to the Front Desk staff who can barely speak english in a 5 stars hotel but everything else was great. I would recommend Utopia to anyone.
