Hotel cok iyi. Bütün işciler en güzel şekilde ilgileniyorlar. İkinci defa geldim ve yine cok memnunum. Temizlikden yemeklere vs. Her şey 5 yıldız.

Wir sind heute Morgen erst zurück aus dem Urlaub. Mittlerweile waren wir das dritte mal Gäste im Adalya Elite. Früher versuchten wir jedes Jahr ein neues Hotel auszuprobieren. Das ist erst einmal nicht mehr Nötig. Von Der Ankunft bis zum Ende war es ein Traumurlaub. Wir sind eine Familie mit vier Kindern und können nur Positives berichten. Das Essen ist immer gut bis hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal von der Reinigungskraft bis hin zum Oberkellner und der Gästebetreuung (vielen Dank für alles Cemile) freundlich und bemüht. Das haben wir in anderen Hotels schon ganz anders erlebt.
Der Kinderclub und die Betreuung ist einfach fantastisch.
Empfehlen können wir sehr die a la Carte Restaurants sowie die Cabañas am Pier, die verleihen den Aufenthalt noch das gewisse etwas..Danke Erhan.

Wir kommen wieder.

War bereits 13mal dort, es ist einfach nur ein super tolles Hotel.
Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, Essen, Anlage, Unterhaltung für Gross und Klein, SPA, alles top. Immer wieder gern

Harika anlatılmaz yaşanır...

İlk kez bu otele konakladık, normalde tercihimiz her zaman Delphin Imperial otelinden yana oldu. Ancak farklı bir deneyim yaşamak için bu oteli seçtik.

Adalya’da bir hafta geçirdik ve genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Temizlik, güleryüzlü personel, akşam eğlenceleri gibi faktörler beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Spa bölümü, kuaför ve hediyelik eşya satan yerlerdeki fiyatlar oldukça makuldu. Ekim ayının sonlarına doğru olmamıza rağmen hava ve deniz sıcaklığı çok iyiydi.

Eğer sadece personellere puan verebilseydim, Hasibe Hanım, Murat Öztürk Bey ve Damla Hanım kesinlikle 5 üzerinden 5 alırdı. Hepsi işlerini severek ve mükemmel bir şekilde yapıyorlar. Hasibe Hanım, sadece işini mükemmel bir şekilde yapmakla kalmıyor, aynı zamanda olağanüstü bir hız, güler yüz ve neşeyle size hizmet veriyor. Siz henüz siparişinizi iletmeden masanıza oturduğunuz an o an aklınızdan geçen siparişinizi anında masanızda buluyorsunuz. Buda sizi ve tatilinizi daha da özel kılıyor.

Murat Bey, eğlenceli ve samimi kişiliğe sahip. Her an gülebilirsiniz ve onunla vakit geçirmek, tatilinizi daha keyifli hale getiriyor. Kesinlikle tanışmalısınız.

Damla Hanım ise zarafeti ve misafirperverliği ile sizi her zaman hoş bir sohbetle karşılıyor. Onun ilgisi, tatilinizi daha da özel kılıyor ve misafirperverliğiyle kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz.

Bu üç çalışanın tatilimizin mükemmel bir deneyim olmasına katkıda bulunduğunu vurgulamak istiyorum. Kendilerine tekrardan teşekkür ediyorum.

Bir puanı kırma nedenimiz, internet bağlantısının düşük kaliteli olması ve “her şey dahil” hizmetin diğer otellere göre eksik olması. Sahile giden yol ücretli standlarla dolu ve odaya yemek servisi de ücretli. Yemek seçenekleri genel olarak iyiydi, ancak sabah kahvaltısındaki peynir çeşidi biraz daha zengin olabilirdi. A la carte restoranındaki yemekler lezzetliydi, ancak osmanlı dönemine ait yemekler ve sunular olsaydı daha etkileyici olabilirdi. Dekorasyonlar veya garsonlarının kıyafetleri mesela konsepti daha iyi yansıtabilirdi.

Odalardan gelen fazla ses rahatsız edici olabilir, özellikle aile odalarında çocuk sesleri duyulabiliyor.

Genel olarak tatilimizden memnun ayrılıyoruz ve Aralık ayında tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Хороший отель на твёрдую 4. Хорошо оформлен ресторан. Официанты принимают заказы на напитки и быстро приносят заказ.
Миниклуб детям совершенно не интересный, там можно только рисовать и разрисовать футболку или сумку. Цель не развлечь вашего ребёнка, а продать вам экскурсию или футболку.

Dear reader, What a poor customer service at your hotel Adalya Elite! At the recommendation of my Turkish friend, I spent the nights in Adalya Elite with my family from October 2 to October 9. That Friday, October 6, I walked into the restaurant with my son (3 years old). Until one of the employees dropped a tray of glass plates. The next second I heard my son screaming and crying loudly. I looked at his leg and saw a deep cut in his lower leg. We immediately went to the doctor at the hotel and they cleaned the wound. My husband and I kept in touch with Ferhat (manager) after this, but every time we came up with a solution we were told that he had to discuss it with his manager. We were not able to enjoy our holiday these last 3 days, because he was not allowed in the water and sand due to infections. FROM THIS DAY WE STILL HADN'T HEARD FROM YOU. My son has now a staying scar and you couldn't even give us the respect to contact us.

The hotel advertises tour guides that come into the hotel and tell you about their group tours. We went on one of them. They took us to a jewellery shop that looked like tiffanys, everything super fancy in displays. The jewellery was expensive, hundreds to thousands selling specifically this stone called zultanite that can only be found in antalya/this region of turkey. They told us that lots of stores on the street sell it for really cheap £5 or so but those are lab produced any that theyre stuff was the real thing. So lots of the people from the group tour bought it. Turns out zultanite is only mined by one company that has trademarked it so this jewellery shop was also selling fakes or lab produced ones and selling them as the real thing. Should have known because they gabe bery good discounts like more than 50%. The tour guide was clearly in on it and possibly the hotel too.
In the hotel they have shops like jewellery shops. We went to buy one and i had to get it adjusted because it didnt fit so the shopkeeper told me to come back few days later. That time we were buying it my dad wanted to get one of his rings that he has asjusted so the man said sure and we gave it to him and it was free of charge. When we went to get it back my dads ring had changed. It had a sapphire in it and when you wore the ring you could feel the sapphire point but now he couldnt, the colour also changed. Due to culture we wear gems that we can feel onto our skin, it gives healing properties and good energy. But this was not the case here so the gem has 100% been swapped out. My dad had been wearing this ring for 20 plus years so immediately when he put it on he realised it had changed. We complained to the hotel but they couldn't do anything about it. They were very rude taking the side of the shop owner too. Customer service was just not there at all. We felt betrayed.

I would definitely recommmend not to buy jewellery here in antalya and beware of this hotel and their lucrative businesses.

I would gice this hotel 0 stars because of such a negative experience to be honest. Torally betrayed. When you go on holiday you should be made to feel welcomed in a foreign country, this was not the case here.

כמובן שאנחנו מדברים על חודש 8 !!
