Hastaları ve müşterileri bilerek ve isteyerek yanlış yönlendiren personele sahip eczane. Çalışanlar ilgisiz ve iletişim konusunda noksanlar. Hizmet kötü, bilgiler yetersiz. (Ürünlerin boyları gibi temel bir konuda bile sırf satmak için yanlış bilgi verebiliyorlar.) Kendini birçok konuda geliştirmesi gerekiyor. Evimizin dibi olduğu halde artık çevremizdeki hiç kimse buradan ilaç alışverişi yapmıyor.
