BN Hotel Thermal & Wellness

I had an amazing experience at this hotel that truly felt like a resort for the soul. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the buffet at the kitchen was simply perfect. I highly recommend sending your family there for a vacation!

Great hotel. Mineral water. You can swim all day and enjoy yourself. The gym is equipped for pumping. Sauna hot, wet room in tile, don't know what it's called super. Shock shower for cooling off super. Ordered a birthday cake, the girl helped pick it up, order it and it was served on time. The girl counsellor is great. The room is gorgeous. Cleaning on time. The food is tasty. The food is varied. There is a lot of food. There are slides, there are pools outside. There is a pool with cold water. The only thing that did not like, today how quickly they turned off the slides, strange. Adults are not allowed to ride on the slides or the time of switching off the slides 5 hours? Anyway, I didn't bother to look into it. And so there are no complaints. The most important thing for me is that the hotel staff, not all, but most of them speak English.

Turkish bath, salt room, sauna, massage service and thermal spa are simply superb. The rooms were spotless, the service quality was excellent and the kitchen, which benefited from all the blessings of the Mediterranean, was wonderful. I cycled through citrus groves and watched the sunset with the oranges and lemons I picked with my hands. I will come again. Highly recommend.

The superb service, fabulous view to mountains, great selection of food, variety of saunas, open and closed hotsprings.

This is probably one of the most peaceful places to come and relax. Hotel is absolutely amazing. Services and facilities are brilliant. Everything is reasonably priced from room service to eating in lobby area to games area too. They have most nights live music. Omar is one of their best staff. He was one of only a few staff who could speak English. He welcomes all guests and keeps in touch throughout the night, and ensures everyone has a good time. He is a brilliant staff member to have. The thermal pools are out of this world. Massages were brilliant. The only slight drawback at the hotel, was that no one really spoke English and that all Tv channels are in Turkish. But aside from this minor issue, everything at the hotel is perfect. Amazing stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is our 3rd year having vacation in the same hotel. The environment is warm, and the internal and external design of the hotel is really great. This year in particular the hotel added new activities that makes your vacation better, they added open cinema, water ball, dart, volley ball, Bucce, and shooting. In addition to the kids club that was already available in the ptevious years, as well as the evening regular activities such as live music, and competition program.
The place is located on a hilly place surrounded by the nature only, nothing to disturb you. Football, basketball fields are available in addition to some other spaces as well. Also, an aqua park, thermal water swimming pool with two different grades, closed swimming pool, jacuzi, sauna, and Turkish bath are available. In brief, the place is fancy and disserves a try.

One of the best hotels in Mersin. I would like to thank Ms Betül for the real care of the children in Kid Club area and Ms Elin in Spa area.

Fantastic Daddy/daughter weekend at the greatest hidden secret in Turkiye. The resort in the Taursus mountins of Mersin, is fed by natural mineral spring water and has outdoor & indoor waterpark and indoor/outdoor geothermal & fresh water pools saunas and hammam (turkish bath). It also has a huge buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner with several other restaurants for snack meals, a movie theatre and multi activity kids clubs.

We stayed 7 nights and we were very satisfied! The staff took very good care of us, especially Ömer. There are many activities for children in the hotel, which is a plus point for us! If we go to Mersin again, we will definitely choose BN hotel again.

Fabulous hotel, fantastic service, kids club activity and staff very friendly, welcoming and charming! I would recommend to everybody visit this hotel, enjoy wonderful atmosphere and have fun! We stayed here with 2 kids, it was very easy and relaxing because everything equipped according last standards and kids are happy to stay in kids club and swimming pool!
